Location is really nice: close to the supermarkets, city center and the beach. Place is clean and personel is always ready to help.

Room was clean and sunny. We had a studio apartment with the bed being enclosed in a wooden frame thingy ,which was quaint . Staff were efficient and helpful. Anka ,particularly so. The adjoining restaurant had lovely food , one of the nicest we tried . Excellent location too. Calella itself having shops and a nice town overall. Establishment was fresh ,clean and very central I didn't try the pool as we went to the beach instead I'd highly recommend Aparthotel Safari.

The hotel needs to fix the little things like the shower holder. In the main room, there will be a more suitable folding sofa and a better location for sockets.

This is a good hotel with a great location (nearby sea, supermarket, cafe, etc.). There was clean, the towel was changed once in two days.

Everything was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was small but had all the equipment we needed. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for going to the beach, and it was just a 3-minute walk to a large supermarket.

The room was facing the road and it was quite a bit of noise till very late at night. Also the hotel guests were making a lot of noise coming home at night. I would suggest putting some signs to remind people to keep quiet if coming back at 1 AM.

The room had everything I needed to be self sufficient, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, combi microwave-grill, cutleries and pans, air conditioning I had free towels every other day, the room was clean. There is a large supermarket very close by and an ALDi 10 minutes walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although the cleaners do a good job, they do start early in a morning (I presume when people vacate), which meant that some mornings we were woken to the sound of furniture being moved around etc. The bar/restaurant hours were limited ( I do understand that this was due to it nearing the end of the season though). If you have an early morning/late evening flight you will have to get a taxi to Girona airport as buses are limited. This is no reflection on the hotel, just a warning that taxi prices aren't cheap.

The apartment was what we expected for the price. It was spacious and clean and had all the basic appliances and cutlery for self-catering. A packet with a sponge, cloth, and washing up liquid was provided. Although it didn't have a full balcony, it had a Juliet balcony with sliding doors and a drying rack. The cleaners provided a regular service, changing bedding etc. The location of the hotel is perfect for access to the beach and local bars/restaurants. The reception staff were fantastic. They were so helpful, providing us with any information and assistance when needed (booking taxi's etc). We did hear some noise one night from some students who were staying, we informed the receptionists and they assured us it wouldn't happen again. They checked with us after the following night to make sure we hadn't been disturbed again.

We ordered 3 beds, but needed to make the 3rd one by ourselves. Sheets and pillows were in the room, but it's not what you expect to do after late arrival.

Really great team. Very helpful and caring. I have two big dogs and there was no problem to keep them in the room. The beach is very close the hotel. I can really recommend this hotel.
