I loved the service here! I came late, soaked, cold and tired after a long Camino walk in the heavy snowfall. I didn't expect to get any food after 21.00. I was really surprised to find out their restaurant was open until 23.00. So, I had a lovely meal and was treated with warmth and attention. A nice, clean room, a good breakfast. A perfect stay!

Easy to find for an over stay during a bike tour. Comfortable quite rooms (it was very empty) lovely evening meal even had a vegan option. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

There was no room service option available for hot meals as the restaurant wasn't open for another 2.5 hours and no outside food is allowed. I received an email from booking.com saying my room was a double but when I arrived we received a twin.

The staff were amazing especially Emilie and Natu (apologies if the name is incorrect). Couldn't speak fluent Spanish and they both did everything to accommodate any of our requests. The massage at the spa was lovely.

A hotel in the middle of Spain without air conditioning? Seriously??? Our room was like a sauna and we had to beg for a fan. Pool opening hours weren't great either. The dining room looked a bit dated.

Nice hotel if somewhat old fashioned, well located. Staff were friendly. Lovely terrace overlooking pool.

Unfortunately the spa was not open when we stayed as we were out of season. There was good choice of food on the evening menu. There were lots of spacious seating areas throughout the hotel. The staff we very friendly and helpful.

Mattress hard bed not very comfy, pool closed playground disappointing. View from room ok but overlooked school and sports centre could not see either lake or the mountains and noise from mwin road and sports centre distracting. Staff spoke very little English making communication more difficult.

Watch out of the indoor pool as it is a real gimmick . You have to pay for the indoor pool via the spa area as the hotel has a separate agreement for usage of this area even though at no point is this stated on the hotel facilities available. To make matters worse the manager was blaming booking.com for this misleading error and would not take responsibility. The food in general was good although on the last day my husband's was heated. The hotel is clean but definitely customer care is not on their agenda. It is a pity as the staff at the restaurant were nice and so was one of the receptionists but even the lady who takes care of the spa was very unpleasant which is a far cry to what is expected at a spa. The hotel lacks a complete holistic service and the manager should understand better the guest's complaints rather than raising her voice to prove a totally inappropriate situation. We ended up not using the pool as management backerd over silly matters. The hotel management could not even agree with the spa if closing time was 8.30 pm or 8.00 pm. The spa is definitely a far cry from being a pleasant and relaxing place....

The reception staff was really rude where we arrived. She indicated us we couldnt do the check in yet in not a proper way. Also, the breakfast was really bad: fruits and yogurt were in bad condictions and the bread was hard.

I like the hotel location close to the village and the restaurant Akker inside the restaurant where the food was delicious and the staff very kind.

Nice place and nice surroundings. Swimming pool was good and positive with balcony connected to the room. Friendly staff. Car parking was good.

Lovely hotel, and very easy to access with ample parking and even an electric charging point! Sits at the end of quite a lively area with plenty of bars. Very clean and comfortable. Food and bar available on site and a good choice for breakfast which was served until 11am. Carmen was very helpful and the bar/restaurant staff were friendly.
