The location is perfect in the middle of action. property need refreshment and the provided amenity need to be improved. roof restaurant/bar not to the expected quality of food and drinks.

Lacks storage / closet space and hooks in the room. Closet includes hangers where only the neck / wooden part comes off to hang your clothes. However, our closet also stored the switch box and ended up taking 1/3 of the small closet’s width space. Not many shelves or storage for clothes. There’s also no where in the washroom area to place clean towels or hang dry towels. You need to hang the towels inside the shower which can get wet if you’re not careful with the nozzle. Although there’s a long table, there’s no desk lamp or desk chair. It’s in front of the tv which was useless because you need to login to your Netflix account. It’s impossible to work on your laptop from this floating table with poor lighting and inappropriate chair. The sink is oddly placed outside of the toilet and shower where it’s made out of a rock / stone. There wasn’t a deep basin, instead it was oddly angled downward forcing you to limit the faucet’s water pressure or risk splashing it everywhere. No side space to the sink to hold your toiletries.

The shower head is detachable that has very strong water pressure!

I went to Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona for this trip and this hotel was by far the BEST stay. Location is very close to all the attractions so we just walked everywhere during our stay. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping district on the main road. Felt very safe and the staff was super nice. Room was very clean and spacious. They have a rooftop bar with live music and had nice food, drinks, and view. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Barcelona.

I did ask if there could have been any little effort for my girlfriend’s birthday like a little bottle of champagne or something. I have every intention of paying for this service but nothing was mentioned after asking twice before arrival

The hotel does have a lot of movement of guests and out of 3 elevators during our stay one of them was always out of service which made the waiting time for coming up and down from 8th floor where we were to the lobby sometimes a big long. However I do not consider this to be a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Honestly, the location is priceless, the rooftop terrace with amazing 360 views of Barcelona for drinks and tapas is such a plus. The room was spacious, our balcony overseeing Passeig de Gracia, simply amazing! Bed was big and comfortable. The staff was great and made everything easy from the moment we checked in to our check out.

The hotel was a little noisier than what I’m normally used to. On one side you can hear the activity in the terrace and on the other you can hear what I showing on in the hallway. It’s manageable, but this was a first for me.

Windows were covered by panels so forget it if your looking for a view. Too bad because if panels weren't blocking the veiw from all windows the view would have been awesome.

The wifi and the curtain blind.

The staff, especially Mr Pol, at the front counter has been exceptionally customer-focused. Everything about the property has been great except that the room that I was in. The wifi and curtain blind were not working. Despite attempts to fix them, they were still not working by the time I checked out a week later.

The big mirrors in the room that reflected can cause confusion especially to the people with low vision and elderly. I myself walked into it and injured my thump. I would highly recommend to stick something to the mirror that contrasts to tell the difference so people don't get hurt.

The ambience and the view, friendly staff and cleanliness and the accessibility to transportation were the things I liked the best. The rooftop bar had excellent food.

Small lift which meant that you may have to squeeze when the hotel gets crowded at certain timings.

Location - along Passeig de Gràcia but not noisy at night at all. Good place for shopping and visiting casa mila and the houses of discord. Near to Diagonal metro station as well. Enjoyed sunset view at the terrace bar as well!

Toiletries- 1 small piece of hand soap, which lasts 1 day. Housekeeping doesn’t add it to their daily / routine room cleaning. Didn’t they see that soap was needed? We stayed 5 nights, so I had to call for it. Also, body wash in the shower - still don’t know was it a body wash or hair conditioner? There was shampoo and “body wash”- no conditioner.
