The pool was closed even though it was stated as open when booking. There wasn't any staff around when we arrived to check in, The note on the front desk said back in 10 minutes we stood round for 1 hour before anyone showed up.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The bar/ restaurant nextdoor was open 24 hours

Shabby in most general areas worn carpets , tired. The electric sockets came off the wall when we tried to remove a plug. It’s seen better days. All areas on a spacious scale, for upkeep.

Had to ask for normal size towels in the reception as only face towels were available (apparently the adult size ones were washing). The restaurant in front of the hotel is ok to have breakfast but dining was poor.

Good value for money. Comfortable beds and big room. Has a paddle court that we had no time to use. Next to a road restaurant where you can have breakfast, have drinks and eat

The linen was too small for the size of the bed. The pillow was extremely uncomfortable and there were no spare pillows available. The toilet in the morning did not flush at all. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she did not seem at all surprised or concerned.

It was great to have a 24 hour cafe on site. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. The room was spacious.

OUr room had no hot water but the staff pulled out all the stops to rectify it and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are quite basic and the hotel decor is dated (carpets stained and worn which is a shame because it could be a really great place to stop over. Could have had tea;/coffeemaking facilities in the room as the cafe was about 50 metres walk across the concourse.

This hotel has excellent location, right on the motorway - very convenient for travel - with petrol station right next door. They advertised 'a Restaurant' but it was more like a 24 hour cafe. HOWEVER, we ate there, it was very reasonably priced, clean, and service was good. The reception is manned 24hours. Dogs are welcome which was great for us. There are gardens and a pool but they were closed (Winter).

There was no one on reception, we had to phone to get attention and waited 10 minutes There was no hot water, reported this but nothing was done so we could not have a shower The food in the restaurant was not very good, We order menu of the day and it was served all at once so the food got cold.

Let's call a spade a spade, this is basically a truckstop hotel. It's literally a big hotel on a motorway with a services petrol station and that's about it. The hotel carpets looked liked they hadn't been cleaned since they were first installed. The rooms are fine, but I've stayed in more modern 20-bed hostel dorm rooms. I was lucky I was travelling on my own with a pet, had I been with my family, I would have taken one look at the rooms and walked straight back out and tried to find somewhere else. If you're travelling with a family, don't stay here. If you're on your own and you're not fussy about anything other than a cheap bed, have at it, it's fine. The "restaurant" had beer, and that's about it, I wouldn't have fed the food I saw to the pet I was travelling with. At least the Shell station next door had a super friendly guy working there and some drinks and snacks (dinner ended up being M&Ms and a bag of Doritos).

It's cheap. There's loads of room in the rooms. And they accept pets (cat and dog). They hotel receptionist was really nice and friendly too. But that's about it.

The shower head was broken, in general, the room and bathroom are in poor condition very dated, and tired. Also, the parking was not great lots of cars coming and going for some other reason apart from hotel guests, also the pool was drained and the general outside is run down and not appealing. It was the longest 18 hours I can imagine staying at any hotel I've ever visited. Would not be using this hotel again for sure.
