We have stayed there many times because it is dog friendly. It is close to the motorway but not noisy and there is a 24 hilt Restaurant/Cafe. There is also a petroleum station within the complex.

Terrible restaurant, passageways to room could be improved, tatty carpet. No plugs in sinks. Bigger tv.

The pool was closed even though it was stated as open when booking. There wasn't any staff around when we arrived to check in, The note on the front desk said back in 10 minutes we stood round for 1 hour before anyone showed up.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The bar/ restaurant nextdoor was open 24 hours

I was late arriving and the lady on reception was fantastic. Although our different languages was an initial barrier we managed to communicate. This lady was really helpful

Shabby in most general areas worn carpets , tired. The electric sockets came off the wall when we tried to remove a plug. It’s seen better days. All areas on a spacious scale, for upkeep.

When I pay hotel fee, the front desk charged me in US dollar with 7.9% processing fee without asking me.

The air conditioning just did not work at all. There could have been tea or coffee making facilities in the room, that would have been a bonus. There was a exposed screw coming out of the floor next to the toilet that I cut my foot on, its where a door stop should have been but I expect that's just the room I was in, room 3.

To be honest it was all about location and price, I needed a hotel nearby and it was cheap, it was clean it just felt a a bit grubby and smelly because its old. The room was large and the beds were ok. Free Wifi worked but not very fast.

Cleaning requires improvement, perhaps a mini fridge could be useful. The hotel has great chance to improve.

The bed base was 150cm but the mattress was 135 cm

The room was spacious but it was very hot and the air conditioning was not working effectively. Although I had selected hotels with breakfast, there was no breakfast available. The client must go to a coffee shop in the complex where there is not much choice, but where the prices are awfully expensive. I had also selected a room with a double bed but I was given one with twin beds. The receptionist changed for me but kept my ID card, which was remedied by the next shift receptionist. There were some problems in the bathroom as the soap dispenser had been removed from the wall so one had to take soap from the dispdnser in the shower, to wash one's hands. The toilet roll dispenser lacked a piece, so the rolls were on the toilet. The seat and cover of the toilet were a few centimetres too small and did not fit the bowl, which made it uncomfortable to sit. The location is a really dry and dusty place and the room window overlooked an area of dry steep land really close to the building. There were flies in the room.

OUr room had no hot water but the staff pulled out all the stops to rectify it and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are quite basic and the hotel decor is dated (carpets stained and worn which is a shame because it could be a really great place to stop over. Could have had tea;/coffeemaking facilities in the room as the cafe was about 50 metres walk across the concourse.

This hotel has excellent location, right on the motorway - very convenient for travel - with petrol station right next door. They advertised 'a Restaurant' but it was more like a 24 hour cafe. HOWEVER, we ate there, it was very reasonably priced, clean, and service was good. The reception is manned 24hours. Dogs are welcome which was great for us. There are gardens and a pool but they were closed (Winter).

Good location close to the motorway. Part of a complex with restaurant/ bar and petrol station available. Dog friendly even allowing dogs into the big restaurant/bar.
