It was good except the shower it needs a slip mat very slippery. And nowhere to put gel and shampoo in the shower. Very friendly sraff nothing to much trouble. Had a great time can't wait to go back. Helen.

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. Most of the other residents were Spanish, but we thought this was great. Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Poniente beach. Lots of tapas bars, cafes and small bars nearby Clean rooms, plenty of towel changes if you wanted. Aircon was good and very welcome

Would have liked a kettle in the room , but the coffee shops are literally outside so it wasnt really a problem.

Hotel is in an excellent position right in heart of the old town across from the tapas alleys and seconds from the harbour . It is spotlessly clean and staff are really welcoming and friendly. Rooms have superb air conditioning and large walk in showers. Restaurant is small but breakfast was lovely as was the coffee. There is a lovely little courtyard where you can sit with your breakfast and during the day and evening enjoy a cold glass of wine , particularly nice when you want a little bit of quiet for an hour or so. Although its in centre of old town I found it to be quiet and had no trouble with noise or getting to sleep. The shops and bars and restaurants are right outside the hotel entrance . Good value for money and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Air Conditioner did work but it was very poor, breakfast was not appetising at all. It could be heavily improved. The beds were very hard as well. Additionally, we asked for an extra towel and they said they had to prepare it? I then asked for it to be put in the room but it wasn’t which was disappointing. I got a bottle of water from reception which i thought would of been included but was asked for €2 to cover it. These are all things directed at the owner as the staff were impeccable in their service and the owner is extremely lucky to have them.

Not keen on the fact that the Spanish don't like their hot food particularly hot. We find this generally except where the hotel/restaurant is catering for Brits.

I think the hotel needs a bit of a refit. We had a problem with the toilet, but not surprised as it is really old. We met friends from the U.K who were also staying there. They paid a lot less than we did for similar accomodation, with extra benefits.

The location is excellent for old town. Staff were excellent with everything. Extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. Especially when we had a problem with the toilet. Rooms were very clean.
