Food in the cafeteria is short of options, but it's true they have good deals. Pillows a bit uncomfortable. The shower head was a bit loose and the water burning (it couldn't be adjusted).

The Staff was very friendly, specially recepcionists, but even also the cleaners. Very well located, close to the bus which is high important here and to the city center and to a 2 great supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl. Very nice price and comfortable pool and site

Wrong location on google maps and the maps on booking.com. They definitely need to change this you up up list for 15 min going round in circles

Staff perfect . Hotel was clean and nice view of the football pitch from the room. For the price it’s perfect. You only come back to the room to sleep. I would stay again.

Honestly, everything was great. If I'm being picky, the hotel is a little dated, but it kind of adds to the charm of it!

For the money, you can't fault this hotel. It's spotlessly clean, the pool area is tidy and well kept. Pool Bar very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. The little cafe is a great spot to start the day with a light breakfast, I recommend the coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and croissants. The location is ideal. It's set back from the main hustle and bustle of San Antonio but still within 5 mins walk of the main areas. The bus station is across the street from the hotel, making access to other areas of the island easy. This was our 10th time visiting Ibiza, we've stayed in all types of accommodation from hotels, apartments and large villas across Ibiza, but Hotel Galera is right up there with value for money. It's basic but you have everything you need for a comfortable short stay. I would definitely return.

The only fault was the bed we found the mattresse was very hard compared to our own. A/C didn't work (but not major issue)

The hotel was very well situated. Lovely room, view was nice from balcony. Exceptionally clean, bar open from 11am at pool. Did have breakfast on but we didn't try it. Staff very friendly & 24hr support. Fridge was adequate enough for food & drink

The hotel doesn’t have parking, if you rent a car is really difficult to find empty places and parking spots, and is worst if you visit Ibiza in summer season

Balcony offered no privacy as it faced on to a busy street and was over looked by apartments opposite...only on one side of the hotel.. Limited choice in the bar area..

The aircon, despite being turned on always the room was still warm. Sometimes in the middle of the night it would get freezing, but sometimes it just didn't seem to be blowing out any cold air. Bed was very hard and I have had a bad back since the first night.

The room was tidy, staff were friendly and location was very handy to get to the bay.

Location is a bit far from city center. There was a strange smell in the room - maybe because cleaning.
