We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Entrance price spa not included Pool towel 1 euro to get a clean one Gym was way too small with hardly any equipement Swimmingpool open at 11 am Zand in water from hotel shower , all tapes were blocked every day.. No english tv, just spanish. Reception workers were not vey helpfull, moody, execpt a few sweet ones.

GermanyUnfortunately the key card to the room seemed to need to be reset multiple times per day. We did our best to keep it away from the phone but that's obviously challenging to completely avoid - seemed incredibly sensitive. Additionally had some issues with the pool bartenders - two were great, others not so much. Too much to go into detail on the issues but seemed they didn't know the menu, didn't know what they were supposed to charge etc - was charged 100 for a cheap bottle of champagne to reserve a seat and had to point out it was supposed to be 80 and a bottle of Moet - then for regular drinks a lot of issues about not having certain liquor - only to find out they did - seemed they didn't want to make things in the blender so lots of excuses.
Great hotel with very large rooms and a wonderful staff - pool is large (although very cold), and lots of seating arrangements which were great. Overall a great place to stay that is very close to the bars, etc.

GibraltarThe staff could be a bit direct which came across as a little standoffish. The curtains in my room were dirty and ripped. The spa was great but the floor was extremely slippery and a friend of mine actually fell when he visited.
Stunning location and having the option of two different pools was great.

United KingdomI stayed 2nd floor, sound proofing between rooms not great and you hear people coming back late at night - maybe specify higher floor? Pillows as usual were terrible.
Room spacious with comfy bed. Cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Great pool. Great breakfast. Its very much a gay mans hotel. The area it is in is great, very spanish, local shops and great restaurants, so away from major hotels. I just stayed in Ritual - Gran Can, this was way better and cheaper.

GreeceThe service of the reception staff should be much better. During my check in the receptionist was complaining about the previous check in guest and i think that is something that is not done.
The rooms are very basic. If you look at the price and what you get for it, the price is too much. The pools are big enough and you have plenty of room to lay in the sun. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are amazing. Especially the girl working in the breakfast and lunch area was very sweet.

Perfect location in Torremolinos to the "center" of town with shopping and also various restaurants and bars for dining and party. Also the train station for Airport and Malaga is only a few minutes away.

Spacious room with balcony and nice views. Great breakfast buffet and long breakfast timings, which are very convenient. 2 swimming pools to choose from. Perfect central location, close to town centre, beach and train station. Very friendly staff.

United KingdomOnly a few little bits really, I'm quite a light sleeper and the fridge could be quite noisy throughout the night which could make a it a little bit tricky to fall asleep. However this didn't stop me from enjoying me stay, just a little thing to note.
I really enjoyed the pool, spa, catering, gym facilities etc. The staff were angels and made our stay really nice! We look forward to staying again sometime in the future :)

United KingdomThe only downside, as I've been many times, is the restaurant area. It is perfectly clean and the food is good, however, it's quite a sterile area with the feel of an airport restaurant. It would be so much better if it was a cosier meeting place and stayed open to serve drinks so it was used more than it is now.
Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere around the hotel. Always clean obviously makes an effort to look good and impress.
