The location and the place .

The place is great. I rated 9 because the bathroom door was imposible to close it it makes a lot of noise. In addition, the place was different that the one they show in the pictures of booking.com.

Almost every cupboard was locked in the kitchen, so the kitchen was not so accessable. Fortunately we didn't want to use the kitchen. We asked for a late check-out at 12 pm (noon), and they arrived around 11:45 with a tense attitude. Some of us were a litlle late, with last of us leave the place 10 minutes late, but they were repeating Leave, you have to leave several times. We hade a kick-ot feeling, which is not good despite we were late..

Spacious, modern, comfortable, clean, well-equipped accomodation. It is situated at one of the best part of Barcelona. It was super for 12 gentlemen staying together. It has a nice living room, where we can get together.

The only thing that could be better was if we could have stayed even longer!!!!

We absolutely loved this apartment and Barcelona! All of the hosts were so amazing and so very helpful with any help we needed with reservations! The apartment was in the most perfect and safe location! It was so easy to access any restaurant, cafe and some amazing shopping! We were in the heart of everything for all the exceptional sight seeing tours as well! We absolutely will stay here again whenever we return to Barcelona! Thank you so much!!

The building is occupied by other people, so at no fault of the rental, we were woken at 7am by furniture being dragged in the property above us and by drilling.

Although the patio was a nice to have , the stairs leading outside were very dangerous because they were very narrow and too high. My sister fall down and hit her face on the furniture. Also the loud music coming from roof top restaurant across was kind of annoying.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was clean and the staff friendly. We could have breakfast across the street where they served basic but delicious food.

On 5th floor, but lift only goes up to 4th floor. No problem for us, but it might be for some.

Good but quiet location. Not large, but suited our purposes. Large roof terrace. Excellent for relaxing during a longer stay. The host was especially welcoming and helpful.

This property is amazing. The location is fantastic and the apartment has everything you could wish for. We stayed in the largest apartment and all guests were very pleased.

Apartment very comfortable (No. 3) with great views, in the apartment full equipment needed during your stay, both kitchen and bathrooms. You can use the terrace on the roof of the building-just a pity that after office hours the entrance was closed. Contact and service at a high level, helpful. Place to stay great in a very attractive location in Barcelona. Public transportation metro and buses also in very close proximity. Only small minus that we did not receive information in advance about the ongoing renovation in the building next door, whose walls were adjacent to the bedrooms. We had to reckon with the noise from 8 in the morning until about 5 in the afternoon. For us it was not a problem, because during those hours we were mostly out of the apartment .Hopefully the renovation will be over quickly then the rating will be 10 with a plus. I highly recommend and if I go to Barcelona next time I will certainly use the hospitality again.

It was difficult to get clear information on an early check in. In the end, we had to pay an additional 50 Euros to check in early, even though the apartment was ready. This was an unexpected and high cost to simply access the apartment. Also, they require a 400 Euro damage deposit, which is relatively high. It's important to know that the lift is very small (but very elegant!) and our apartment was located one floor above the last elevator stop, requiring a walk up a flight of stairs. This could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The host met us at the apartment, which was helpful. She was friendly and welcoming. The apartment has a large private terrace. It's located in an upscale neighborhood with plenty of cafes and shops nearby.

Furniture quite cheap for the rental rate asked. Staying 4 nights I asked for another pair of towels which I got only by paying 5 Euros...

- we stayed in early November and the apartment was cold. The heater was centrally managed by the building so we couldn't turn it on. It was resolved on our last day of stay after Quarterprimera reflected our comments to the building.

+ location was great, close to metro station and there were lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. + the building was old, but well managed. we liked the antique elevator to go upstairs. + there are two bathrooms.

- one flight of stairs after the lift, which makes it difficult with luggage - you pay a cleaning fee, but are still expected to take all your own rubbish down not an easy feat at 5am with lots of luggage when you’re already trying to make it down in a tiny old lift - nosey neighbours - The bedrooms are not equal in terms of view, or amenities. Two of us were stuck in singles, while one of us had an amazing room.

There was not enough toilet paper for our first day. One evening, someone left the elevator doors open and we did not know what was causing the noise that kept us awake for much of the night...did not find out until the morning.

The location made it easy to access many important tourist attractions. The bedrooms were quite comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely and entertaining. The elevator was beautiful...

The only thing to note, which is clear from the photos so we were aware of it, is that ensuite bathrooms do not have doors. I feel like if this is remedied, the apartment would be essentially perfect.

Beautiful apartment in a super central location. We were a group of 11 ladies and loved our stay. Well-equipped and comfortable, with a spacious living and dining areas, generous kitchen and comfortable beds and bedding, in a lovely historical building. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends. Thank you!

The shower pressure could be better.

Very central, quiet, excellent location. Gorgeous view from the bedroom terrace. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. The elevator was so unique and Hogwart’s -like. Charming! Shout out to Mireia for her kindness and recommendations. The gluten-free suggestions were amazing! We really appreciated the early check-in.
