Negative points: The shower could be dangerous for anyone unsteady on their feet. The woman at check out was quite rude and not interested in her guests . Shame because the girl that checked me in was lovely

Location: The location could not be better! It's just behind the Cathedral in a lovely area. There's plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The room: I had a small room with a balcony. The balcony looked out onto the Cathedral. The room is basic but is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and provided with shower gel / shampoo / soap. Warning: the shower tray design is at a slight slope with little grip. The facilities: There's a spa in the basement with treatment rooms , sauna and a hydro pool. I didn't use the spa. There's also a cafe on the ground floor which was always busy and seemed popular. Overall I would stay here again. The location was the best thing about my stay. .

The hotel was difficult to locate. Some more signage would have been good especially as the e wanted to use the secure parking.

It was noisy! The hotel is located next to the emergency room of a hospital so you could hear people throughout the night. The walls are pretty thin so you could hear people in other rooms/ the corridors.

The girls at reception were lovely and so helpful. The room was good and it was lovely to spend time at the spa on a wet afternoon in Leon

The room was great. There were a few minor flaws (I couldn’t get the ac to work, leaky shower head, hair dryer smelled like it was burning) but the room was nice, it was so quiet (a huge plus for me) you would never believe it was right next to the busiest section of town. The restaurant was great and open all the time, again a huge plus for Camino walkers and those who do not siesta or stay up late. It was a welcome, enjoyable relief to a busy traveling schedule. Muy bueno!

Parking: the public car park nearest the hotel was full and had to park a 15 minute walk away. Our room in the 5th floor was an attic room with a window in the eaves.

Location: A stone’s throw from the cathedral. A pub type F&B outlet next door.

Room a little cramped. Noise from the lift was a little intrusive but I think that this is because the room I had was immediately adjacent to the lift.

I think they could have included the sauna in the price for guests. Or at least made it a bit cheaper. I think 15euros for 90min is a bit stiff when you are already a guest there.

Very comfortable and clean room with a beautiful view of the cathedral. I also enjoyed the sauna and massage baths very much and the breakfast was great!

Fantastic location...absolutely stunning view of the cathedral. Very nice coffee bar right downstairs. The rooms are small but functional.

Very disorganised on arrival. The triple room we booked wasn't ready at check-in time and they couldn't tell us when it would be so we had to settle for a double.
