The entrance was not where expected, instead we had to go the other side of the house. No sign or anything. On our reservation the room "features a balcony" - wrong, we got an inside room with no outside window.

Always subjective but the bed was a bit too firm for me. I also think if you don't have ear plugs or are a deep sleeper the central location means it is very loud . It is near many bars and in a main road which has its pros and cons.

The hotel is very good value for money. The room was warm ( we went in winter), clean and well located... Close to the cathedral and very central. The late shift receptionist was very kind and helpful. Other reviews said the barthoom was small but I found it was a normal size. In the reception area they provided free drinks, coffee and some small snacks which was a surprise and an added bonus. For a short stay of two nights it was good.

Street s full of bars open late night. Very noicy and you hear everything. So take ear plus, but if You are sensitive sleeper they won t help i'm afraid.

Harsh, cold lightbulbs and interior room with no fresh air. Noisy cleaners.Hard to find the room in the maze of passages.

location is good but getting to the room was a bit complicated. Change on the 2nd floor to get to the other building. Also it wasn't possible to open the windows because the room overlooks a very busy square. Check-in was quite slow as it is only one person doing everything. Apart from that all good

There was a lot of banging from the floor above in the night. Room and bathroom were definitely on the smaller side but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Amazing location in the city centre and next to lovely parks. Room was clean, homely and cosy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in reception. Great bars and restaurants right on your doorstep, but the wooden shutters in the room kept all the noise at out night. Perfect for a short stay.

It was almost perfect stay until I found some dirty spots on my sheets while preparing to sleep. Could have been better if the sheets are also clean and nice.

.The rooms are very small. The bed very uncomfortable. Everything is old, especially the bathroom was in poor condition. The price is not at all according with the facilities. I will prefer the same price for an accommodation farest from the center, but with better facilities.

Location ideal for tourist sites, complementary breakfast+beverages was appreciated. Loved the terrace for extra space. Staff helpful restaurant next door accommodating for ice +takeaway drinks!

I did not like the fact that you have to come over from the other hotel's reception it was a bit awkward and I lost few minutes on figuring out what was going on, calling reception etc. The receptionist was super helpful, though - simply came around the building to pick me up instantly. I also felt that the bathroom was rather small - not a big issue for me, because I was there just for one night, but for someone who would like to stay longer or a couple it could be really a tight squeeze. At this price point it was a bit strange.

Location is simply excellent - very close to everything, 15 mins walking distance to the bus station. Hotel and room was nice and clean and staff was super helpful. Check-in check out was super easy and smooth. Bed was really comfortable and the selection of snacks/drinks was simply great! I was afraid that it will be noisy since I've got a room next to the elevator, but it was no problem at all.
