The rooms size we stayed iare very good we have 2 rooms, cleaners are amazing, staff in general amazing too, but food is for 3 stars hotel, sometimes even I can say 2 stars, food like synthetic, repetitive, and definitely not match for 4 stars hotel, I don't really see there a real Spanish food, the desserts are almost always the same, to sweet, and not in the proper recipient, some are big than should, a lot of food waist there, (I am a Head Chef for so many years before), To be honest looks like more English hotel than a Spanish hotel. We travel a lot, but unfortunately not a good experience there, the staff are amazing from the reception to the pool bar., but the money we paid ifor 6 nights ( more than 3.000 euros , s a lot for what we have, plus me and my 2 Son's , and even my friend and my nephew, had a really bad experience after eating there, we feel sick and unwell. My oldest son even started to feel better only in the last day of holidays, and not we don't drink so much, we drink socially only. I don't say I don't go back one day, but they need to improve a lot for the price they charge. Plus they not have flexibility, as we have a very late flight, with 2 kids with special needs, to stay from 12 to 6 there they charge me 70 euros and put us in a room , where I believe no one really like to stay.. As I said we travel a lot, but this is not a good experience for us.

Pool closes already at 7 pm. However there are 4 elevators sometimes those aren't enough.

Staff (reception, cleaning staff, restaurant staff) was great. Special thanks to Fatima (restaurant) for the smiles! Pool is big and clean. Thematic lunches and dinners. Close to the beach. Perfect sea view from the main building. Free parking slots near to the hotel.

The lifts were slow and the pool side snack bar could’ve been better.

The hotel doesn’t have a normal bacon for breakfast, the one they have is not a normal bacon I am used to, it is not tasty. Rest of the food is good.

We liked service, staff is amazing, food is fresh and testy. We always had something to choose to eat. Location of the hotel is great.

The lack of sunbeds and people reserving them with towels from 8.30 am for hours at times without using them. Not enough sunshades. The very small lifts that took forever to arrive

Not much options for vegetarians and vegans. No kettle in the room - we were dying for a cup of tea or coffee outside the breakfast and dinner times. No water bottles are provided in rooms. These issues scan be easily solved IMHO.

Location is right next to one of the best beaches in Costa del Sol. The hotel is maintained professionally, the rooms are cleaned regularly and the staff is very helpful. Most of the staff can help you in English. all inclusive deals was worth it; breakfasts and dinners have very good options if you are not a vegan/vegetarian. Swimming poos is good size with plenty of deck chairs and the café near the pools is very reasonable in price providing good variety of snacks and drinks.

The food was bland and tasteless clearly cheap and processed meats, cheese with no flavour and options for vegetarians extremely poor. Even on themed nights food was disappointing, besides salad there was very little fresh and vibrant looking food! Hotel decor very dated, needs a refresh, my bed was broken at the foot but surprisingly still comfortable enough.

As our stay was for only one night I cannot comment on the facilities.

We only stayed 1 night in April, as a stop over from the airport. The hotel was perfect for this, there is parking very close by and the room had a side sea view as requested. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. excellent value for money.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Was dusty in the room.

The hotel location. Only 10min walk to the train station. The hotel price was OK too.

The food. I paid half board but only ate in the restaurant 4 times (3 for breakfast and 1 evening meal). Food is terrible, no taste and as a pescatarian there was not a lot of choice. Both of my children didn’t want to eat in there.
