No fridge and kettle. But it is obvious for the low price room (60 euro/night).

Room and bathroom were big. The bed was wide and comfortable. Location is excellent - just near the railroad station and 15 minutes by foot from the entrance to Old City. A mini market and cafe/restaurant are just near the hotel. 35 minutes by foot from the observation point to Toledo. The room was quiet. Wi-Fi is perfect.

Hotel need little refresh and reconstraction to be more modern. But in general everything is ok and works.

Perfect location near Toledo train station- even though old town is about 10 minutes by foot there are many buses which save us from going uphill.

It would be a great idea to at least supply kettle and tea/coffee/milk sachets in the rooms. We knew the property was a fair walk from town, but visitors need to be prepared forage steep climb up the roads to the centre of Toledo

The hotel is very pleasant and quiet. It has no food and drink facilities but there are cafe/bars and a restaurant a few paces away in the same road

The steps from the lobby up to the lift, had to hump heavy luggage up them, a ramp would be more sensible

You need to be fit to walk up a steep hill to the centre of town. It doesn’t provide breakfast and there are plenty no kettle and fridge.

Free Public Car park close by the additional sitting room off our bedroom helpful and pleasant staff

we stayed 3 nights midweek and our rate was very reasonable and our room was spacious and comfortable. as well as the bedroom and bathroom, we had a separate lounge and we just loved the extra space. Presumbably weekends are busy and rates go up and most rooms would not have had the extra space. Having a large, free, public carpark around the corner was a big bonus when travelling by car. The hotel was quite basic but more than adequate. Cheaper than staying in the old city, but with a bus stop in front of the hotel, the bus trip up the hill was only just over 1 Euro, and it was close enough to walk back down the hill. The receptionist, Maria, was very helpful and very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly stuff, spacious and silent room, blinds on the window, good WiFi, shampoo and body lotion were provided. The location is not far from the city centre, 10 -15 minutes by walk.

A bit of a walk to the city, but that is a trade off vs being near the station. One of the two front desk people we encountered did not know English (but was friendly and as helpful as possible). These are minor issues and we enjoyed the stay.

We arrived by train and did not want to lug stuff very far so the location was excellent. Front desk was generally friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and clean. We added a second night and were happy overall.

There was nothing to not like.

The hotel is just across the street from the train station. We needed a room for a night after a trip from Philippines to Toledo while our main accomodation was being prepared and it was excellent.

Heating is centrally controlled. Could have been warmer. No take away food allowed in the room - And a Chinese take away next door.

The price was excellent. Location was good - across the road from train station and free parking two minutes walk away. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful.

As for as value for money, it was fine. But few basic should be there like tea maker or complimentary water.

Reception Ladies helped us to check in early. We were tired from flight, and she understood the situation and arranged early check-in.

Hotel is walking distance (10 minutes) into the old part of Toledo, but has free parking nearby in the street and in a massive public car park. Great if you have a hire car. Also very close to the station.
