We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Friendly efficient staff who were great at giving information about Bilbao. The hotel is well placed for the shops, bars, places of interest in the old town such as Plaza Nueva, cathedral, Mercado de la Ribera. It is only ten minutes by tram to the Guggenheim museum. It is only a ten minute walk to Café Iruna, Bar Basque. The Museum of Fine Arts is twenty minutes walk. Excellent breakfast.

The location was great, close to everything! Sergio was very helpful on check in and throughout. Also, the night porter was friendly too.

ItalyNoisy considering the location of the hotel. Room, and especially the bathroom a bit too little. Breakfast was provided as a takeaway due to timing, but it was under my expectations considering the price.
This hotel is perfectly positioned in Bilbao, and I had opportunities to visit around easily by walking. Room is quite little and without really big pros. Wifi did NOT worked as meant. Personnel is really present and supportive.

United StatesWe could not figure out the air conditioner - first we couldn't turn it on, then after they fixed it, we couldn't turn it off. WE had been traveling for 2 weeks in Spain & did not have this issue before. Instructions in the room would have been helpful. The desk was miniature. My husband had some work to do & could not fit his legs under the desk. The walls were thin & we heard people in the hallway & in a room across the hall.
We asked for a room off the street & they accommodated us. The breakfast was very good with many choices for all tastes. Front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful.

Great experience, especially traveling with my two cats! The room was great, nice and clean. The cats loved the bed :D Check in was super good and the staff even proposed to give pet beds for my stay; great little extra. Location was very good, next to restaurants and a very nice little cafe.

United KingdomThere is no public space and the reception is quite small. As we were part of a group it would have nice to have somewhere where could gather / relax a group.
The hotel is on the edge of the old town so a great location. The rooms were quite small but we knew that when we booked and more than adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was nice and very clean, the whole place is very clean. They also kept our luggage safe as we arrived prior to check in. Despite it's location there was no noise to disturb us at night

United KingdomA minor quibble, but we didn’t end up getting breakfast as there was a twenty minute wait and we needed to get going, so worth being aware that the breakfast room is small, and can get full at busy times
We stayed here for one night prior to heading out to hike the Camino del Norte. The hotel has a great location in central Bilbao and is clean and well equipped, with nice toiletries in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and as an added bonus, a discount is offered for car parking in the nearby car park
