The check-in process at the entrance was really long, we had to wait close to 40 minutes with only 2 groups in front of us. Something must be done to speed things up!

Very confortable rooms for that price. The bathroom is great and the beds very confortable! Nice location to go walking around the city, not right in the center but you can walk to the main square in 5 minutes and park your car easily near the hotel.

The room was quite dark and did not have good lighting.

The staff were so helpful, the room was comfortable, the lobby is very nice and we were able to store about bikes safely. The breakfast was fantastic, the best we’ve had in our trip.

One elevator was out of service. Entering and exiting the hotel parking garage was challenging due to the narrow street.

We were upgraded to a triple with a jacuzzi, so the room was large with a comfortable king-size bed, a/c, and a minibar fridge, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast in the beautiful dining area was very good, and a bottle of cava (bubbly) was open if you wished to make mimosas with the freshy-squeezed OJ. The Dalí Museum was just a short walk away.

Charming outdated 4 star hotel. Comfortable beds, bath. Breakfast was very good. 5 minutes of nice walk to Dali museum which was our point of interest in the town.

Very difficult to See the hotel when driving down the street & when I found it I was unable to stop by the main entrance to ask about the car park, eventually found it, below hotel, access is difficult & parking quite expensive!

All went very well, Reception was very good (I had completed check in online), Very good room, comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent, checkout very quick & efficient.

The hotel says check-in at 2pm but room was not ready. Long queues at reception.

Following a rather lukewarm, slow check-in process the hotel grew on us. Spotlessly clean, generally attentive smiling staff. I would certainly stay here again if visiting Figueres.

On the first morning, there weren't any staff at breakfast, and food options had not been replenished. I think one of the guests complained and a manager appeared, and staff also appeared and the situation was corrected.

A very large comfortable bed. When we arrived staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good, when they were replenished. Furnished with interesting pictures and other objects d'art.

From arrival through departure the staff were very helpful in accommodating us and storing our bikes securely. The room was spacious and and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The location is also very central with everywhere within a short walk.

No parking place in front of the hotel. To check in you have to find a parking spot on the street somewhere if not the police asks you to move your car because you block the traffic on the street. After check in they have an underground hotel parking.

I missed tea/coffee facilities in our bedroom. No instructions about wifi plus the one from the hotel did not work. We called in advance to make sure there was safe garage in hotel. Reception did not want to guaranty a place in advance.

The parking situation wasn't clear in terms of whether you have to check in first, but that was probably my fault. Also, very tight in the parking bays themselves but managed to get in without any issue in the end.

The decor is Dali-esque in a quirky way and the bedroom was comfortable with the addition of a powerful jet bath, which was a pleasant surprise. The concierge staff were professional, very multilingual and courteous. Enjoyed our stay in Figueres at the Sercotel President very much.

Registering is difficult because the hotel is on the very busy Avenida Salvador Dali and there is no 'pull-in' outside. It is necessary to park briefly in a public car park opposite.

The hotel is easy to find from the autopista/N260 and offers limited underground secure parking. The room was spacious, air-conditioned and with terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent for visiting the centre of Figueres and the Theatre-Museum of Dali. Many restaurants are nearby.
