The property was spacious and contained everything you could need for a stay in Madrid. The apartment was also very well located within walking distance to museums, restaurants and the city centre.

A very comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious property in a wonderful part of Madrid - close enough to the central sites but within its own delightful neighbourhood. Plenty of bars and restaurants close; supermarket very close too - everything a traveller could need. Close to Anton Martin tube station and market. Host provided traveller essentials such as washing machine liquid for us to use.

The apartment was perfect and very well maintained and had everything that was needed. An Excellent location in the heart of Madrid so everywhere is a walking distance. Cesar is an excellent host, he welcomed us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us a lot of advises.

Nothing -it was perfect.

Exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, secure. The perfect location for getting to/from everything you could want to see without all the crowds and noise. Lots of tasteful features and amenities like a clothing iron/ironing board, cloths washer, dish soap, laundry detergent, body wash. Was easy to find and about a 10min walk to the Atocha train station. Host was great, his communication was superb! They have the ability to store luggage before check in/after check out. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay was absolutely amazing thanks to the thoughtful details and considerations of the hosts. From being super responsive and answering all questions prior to arrival, meeting us immediately from the airport, having some groceries and items for breakfast ready upon arrival, tons of creature comforts, explicit directions to how everything works, incredible location… I truly can not say enough great things. Book here, you will not be disappointed! Will absolutely stay here again when we return.

We liked everything!

The apartment is located in a fantastic part of Madrid, within walking distance of pretty much everything. Cesar was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. He met us at the apartment and provided us with maps and restaurant recommendations. The apartment is a little outdated but extremely clean and excellent value for central Madrid. The kitchen is quite small but it worked perfectly for preparing breakfast every day. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated having a nice large dining table to eat at. The living area is great for enjoying a drink before heading out to dinner.

This was the perfect place to stay - amazing location, wonderful facilities and the hosts are the best we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and the apartment has everything you need. A really comfortable base for exploring Madrid. We would go back to this apartment in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it!!

The only negative was the air conditioning was not working in the building. While fans were supplied - which was great, it did mean leaving windows and doors open to allow air to flow through - and noise...... This is the only reason I gave it a 9. Otherwise a 10.

Fantastic location! Right near the Prado, this property is really good to stay in. Clean and spacious, it has all you could need for a stay in Madrid. Great hosts too - Cesar and his family are really pleasant and so helpful. The apartment has really good security, and a lift - great with a lot of bags. It is in a vibrant area that has lots of drinking and tapas options - and not far from the train station. The property is well stocked on arrival with milk, bread, tea, coffee, water etc. Well thought out.

An anti slip pad in the bath/shower.

The host provided clear information before our arrival and met us in the lobby. The workings of the unit were explained and also the area nearby. The unit is nicely furnished and there is plenty of space for our stuff. Host provided coffee pods, sugar and milk. Also there were pots and pans and utensils. Meal preparation was easy.

Check-in took a bit of time because we didn't receive instructions beforehand. Someone living inside the building dialed 26 for us and host answered the door right away.

Room was clean and came with everything we need. Location is excellent, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops and public transportation. Taxi very easy to find. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's visiting Madrid.

Such a clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a really fantastic location. Lots of bars, cafes, shops, and a little supermarket right on the doorstep (so you get an interesting view from the balcony too), but still the apartment was quiet and private. It is a very short walk to the Prado and other significant museums, and easy to get to from the airport by taxi/Uber. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful - really lovely people!

A comfy quiet apartment close to everything. Well equipped and we really appreciated basic provisions of things like salt, oil and sugar and provisions for our first breakfast. The owner was a gem: there was a map of the neighbourhood marked with his recommended restaurants, cake shops and provision stores which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. He also volunteered to organise a taxi for our early morning flight. Thank you Cesar for all your care.
