The building is quite old with very thin walls. It was impossible to sleep at night due to neighbors partying all night in their balcony and being extremely loud. All the water from the shower head went to the bathroom floor as the bathtub did not have enough protection from the water while taking shower. Overall really overpriced, not worth what we paid for. We stayed before in 2* hotel which was extremely way better than this one 3* hotel

Excellent location for the beach and restaurants, 10 min walk to Ibiza town over the cliff top path. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was great with a sea view. Equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge, hob and pans. The only thing missing for the Brits is a kettle. Good value for money

The room was a bit smaller than i would want it but comfortable. There was a weird smell in our bathroom the whole stay, and the hotel couldn't find it or solve it.

The location is great for a beach oriented trip. The city was also very lively with great selection of restaurants. The transportation system works quite well, and there are a lot of taxis as well. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast was also good.

The check in was at 2pm, and wasn't so sure how secure the luggage room was, but of course all was ok. There definitely was a lot of noise from neighbors and music outside with the balcony door open, but didn't have issues falling asleep at all! Staff was wonderful and so helpful too.

The room was big, and there are a lot of rooms so everything seemed to work like clockwork! Was a 15 min walk from the bus, but so close to the water and beach too. Only a 10 min drive to the airport for 18 eur, so that was convenient in the morning!

Nobody cane for cleaning the room,no appropriate shampoo and napkin,i saw a view of my room to the sea but when we arrived to the hotel,the told me to charge for extra fee and that was not fair because we could choose another hotels if we known there wouldnot be any view of the ocean,my time was so tight and i had not time to change my hotel

The rooms were in a sorry state of affair with cracks and holes in the tiles along with faulty faucets and shower head. The room and facilities is nothing as captured in photos on booking website.

A lot of things were broken, the sink, the cabinets, the shower, there was never enough toilet paper. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was really dirty and disgusting. When asked the reception for anything, we would wait for hours to gt help.

It was infested with ants and cockroaches. Smelled like cigar smoke. The sheets were dirty and not cleaned. The staff wasn't able to do anything about any of it. They couldn't even give us a extra pillow. Worst experience of my life.

This hotel should be cathegorised as a one star; it is a deep dive in the 80ties ; the rooms need need urgent refurbishment considering also the price they are selling them...I understand it is Ibiza but still...

you cannot sleep here, noise due to thin walls, street noise due to windows not sealed and not glass actually which defies the purpose of a hotel. bathroom is beyond tired and kitchenette is horrid. AC is not in the bedroom and smell is over the top.
