The room cleaners were late some times. They were not consistent in the cleaning either. The bathroom could have a drainage hole because when you step out from the showers the water stayed in the floor.

Well-planned facility for families. Lots of activities during day and night. Good food. Nice staff. Clean facility. Free parking within the hotel area and also right outside.

Not a criticism - Pool area is very busy with ball games etc. To be expected at a family apart/hotel.

The bedroom door rubbed against the ground so it was annoying to open door completely. The bedroom curtain didn't stop the light very well from shining into the bedroom. (I like it completely dark in my room.)

Location was near the beach and other p.o.i. The room was cozy and comfortable.

Loved everything

We travelled with our 2 young grandchildren and their parents. The pool is situated in the centre of the apartments and is beautifully compact. My daughter and her husband booked a ground floor apartment and it was just perfect for the young kids. Staff very very friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. I loved that we had a separate area to sit in and a kitchen area away from our bedroom.

The breakfast can be better with more options to eat, also the menu did not change in 2 weeks at all. The rooms are a little bit smaller than expected. Would be nice to have a washing machine in the apartments.

We got a 1st floor apartment, which is very nice to access pool area straight from your window. Pool is quite deep as well so its safe to jump in, temperature of the pool is perfect. Cleaning staff visited every day with a smile, all staff was superb and pleasant. Overall the place is cosy with enough parking spaces every day. I rented a bike and personnel was not against holding the bike in apartments.

Cocktails were a bit expensive & the breakfast became repetitive quite quickly!

Location was fabulous - near restaurants, bars and the beach only 6 minute walk. It was central to everything. The pool area was so safe aswel, lifeguard on duty and pool was secured in the evening . The hotel, lobby, restaurant, pool, rooms , toilets were EXCEPTIONALLY clean and maintained. Víctor from the entertainment team was amazing !!inviting without being intrusive and excellent with children & never once did my children say they were bored. Found no faults at all.

Everyday is the same breakfast, they have a rest day on Monday and Tuesday so no program during the day time, it will be good if they have some activities during day time especially for kids on Monday and Tuesday, apartment has small door so everyday little struggle for taking pram inside and outside

Everything was as expected. The only thing to be improved is a better ventilation in the shower.

Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was very good and delicious. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. We stayed in the beginning of May so the pool was a little cold but we still managed to swim. Very kids and family friendly. There are daily activities at the hotel every day like yoga, Pilates, live music, etc.

Bed: The bed setup was less than ideal; it consisted of two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed!! The mattresses were worn out, resembling a concave shape, which was uncomfortable. A significant concern was the 'gap' that tended to form between the two beds, posing a risk if a child were to sleep there. Fortunately, we used an additional bed in the living room to avoid anyone sleeping at the junction of the two beds. Dishwasher: No dishwasher....!!! I booked the room with Kitchen so that I can cook (as eating outside can be very expensive and can be unhealthy) and paid premium for it also. Moreover, I didn't travel to Mallorca to wash dishes by hand either.

Overall Experience: I was very pleased with almost everything at the hotel. Here’s a detailed look at what I liked: Location: The location is excellent. It’s not too close to the sea, avoiding noise and crowds, yet close enough to walk. A small street with a staircase in front of the hotel provides direct access to the seaside and the bus stand. Essentials like ALDI, TEDI, SPAR, and attractions like the Kathmandu theme park are just a short walk away. There’s also a supermarket right next to the hotel for any needs. Pool: The pool area is great, especially for kids and young adults. Enough area for Sun bathing. It includes small water slides and pool toys – perfect for spending quality time. Room: The room was spacious and clean with all the basic kitchenette amenities. Elevator was there for 2nd floor. The highlight was the very large balcony. Bathroom: The bathroom was clean with basic toiletries like shampoo, body wash, towels etc Dining: The breakfast offered a decent variety, although there were limited options for non-meat eaters. The coffee was excellent. Note that seating can be tight during peak times. The dinner buffet is the only option and similar in space. The staff was exceptionally polite and caring. A special THANKS to the chef who went out of his way to prepare a vegetarian pasta for my family, which wasn’t on the menu. Activities: Major attraction was the activities/events/entertainment for Kids at the pool and in the evening. It was real fun. Hotel Staff really made these events/activities fun for whole family. Thanks: A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Good accommodation with plenty of services and entertainment for a family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a beach and good restaurants which is a bonus. I would definitely recommended this place.

Service, stuff, location, breakfast, activities! 10 out of 10!

Everything! Excellent location, excellent stuff, fun activities for kids! It’s our third time in there and we will be back! Room service, cleaning top of everything! Breakfast 10 out of 10! It was sometimes a bit loud in the evening (not the guests but the evening shows). However, it never lasted longer than appropriate.

There was nothing we didn't like. It basically had everything to enjoy the off-season Mallorca. Great location, excellent public bus connectivity to all the places of interest, friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice pool area and lively atmosphere.

Cold swimming pool brrrr
