I would have liked checkin to provide more info about activities, facilities and upgrades. I would have liked the option to upgrade but I was told ‘that is the room you’ve paid for’. The room was fine but I would have gladly paid the difference for a full sea view - although our side view was absolutely fine and provided a nice view down the promenade.

Loved the beach location and nice spacious balcony. Pool area was nice as well as the sun deck. Checkin was quick and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were brilliant. We could collect towels from reception for the pool. Taxis were booked quickly.

Hard to find fault with this hotel... it's close to a range of great restaurants of varying value. Coffee at breakfast was a bit insipid and parking was expensive but then it is everywhere in cadiz it seems.

Grand beachside Hotel with art deco nautical theme and luxurious, massive, rooms decorated in ice cream tones. Wonderfully comfortable and well appointed. The pool area and solarium feels like a 1930s liner.

No access from pool to beach. Some parts of hotel felt quite tired and in need of some TLC

A little too quiet in the hotel. ie. No one in the bar area or restaurant, other than at breakfast. I think that there should be at least someone on hand at the bar area to serve. The hotel would be better if it were able to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

Room size a little small. Breakfast options were disappointing, at times the various dishes were not replenished.

Great beach accessibility. Lovely quiet outdoor area. Spacious balcony. Good bathroom. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool!

Very disappointed that the pool wasn´t available, particularly as the view from our room was the hotel opposite where their guests were enjoying their lovely pool and sunbeds! Dining expereince was a bit lacking.

Staff were super helpful. Our room was lovely and what we had expected from our booking. Breakfast was good.

The swimming pool was out of action for repairs

The location of the hotel was excellent and the view from the superior sea view room couldn’t be bettered. The access to the beach from the lift made it ideal and also the parking underground and access directly into the hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh orange.

Personal taste, think the rooms decor needs updating especially curtains, get rid of the blinds. And for a 4 star and this goes with a lot of hotels I have stayed in, a lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room and an iron/ ironing board bug bear of mine.

Balcony with sea view, large safe and ample storage space all excellent. The eco choice with bed linen and towels.

The floors had a little sand on them when we got there.

The room had a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and offered beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The sound of the surf was soothing. The ocean air was fresh.

Dirty conditioner and mold on the ventilation in the room
