Food is ok.

Rooms are a bit small, but excellent views and clean. The outdoor pool and bar area is excellent. The public beach is just past the access-controlled door from the outdoor pool area, but far enough that the outdoor pool area is quite calm and relaxing. Gym is a bit small, but usable and clean. All staff were super helpful and welcoming.

The bar program could be improved a lot. The atmosphere is dead and the bar is empty after 11 pm. We really liked The Gipsy King tribute Band but it was very short. We didn't like the twin bed.

The view from the hotel room was extraordinary. There was coffee machine in our room which is perfect for us. The location is perfect, free parking near the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very good, lots of different things for everybody. On arrival we were greeted by the very friendly reception staff and offered a complimentary drink with everything explained perfectly. Super friendly and kind staff especially John, Christina and Alvero (hopefully we got his name right) and the staff in the bar.

The pool closes way to early (6pm) like come on. Also some how booking had our kids at under 1 year old and when we asked to take the cribs out of the room we were charged almost $700. Not sure how this got mixed up but we have 2 kids under 10. The price we ended up paying plus extra charge changed the value of this hotel and we might not have stayed here.

The staff was awesome, location was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. Over all the room was nice and the view was spectacular Each night the hotel hosted an event which the kids loved.

Just 2 things 1 | Deposit for towels and even for rackets for ping pong, for me it’s very strange, I can take food, cocktails etc on my room(ex. At the end my bill was 81€) but I can’t take towels or ping pong rackets on my room, why? 2 | Cleaning personal don’t control shower gel, I needed to ask reception to add shower gel in my room

The food could benefit from some improvements. While it was generally acceptable, the menu felt a bit repetitive with similar dishes served daily. Introducing more variety would greatly enhance the dining experience, as the current selection lacked diversity.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Despite our late arrival, they graciously prepared a delicious dinner for us, ensuring we felt welcomed and cared for. Our room was perfectly sized, spotlessly clean, and provided a comfortable retreat after our travels. Additionally, parking was a breeze with ample street parking conveniently available near the hotel. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

The only thing that somehow bothered us were the shows that started around 21-21:30. Our kids are already sleeping at that time and we would have preferred a quiet room, where the music is not heard. However, we do understand the need of entertainment for other guests, and we appreciated that the shows were ending at reasonable times.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect for us and for our twin little girls. The view from the room is amazing, good location, right on the beach, food diversity (we had a lot of good options baby friendly), the facilities are great and the staff very professional. The bed was comfortable, and I also loved the cosmetics from the bathroom.

Warm Welcome on arrival by Lucas and Nadine. Cleanliness . Good quality bedding. Room layout and equipment excellent, hairdryers 2, TV, sockets, bedside lights and air con. Comfy beds. Restaurant service. Waiting staff and catering couldn't do enough for us. Particularly in view of food allergy . Personal service given by Marc Jenny and Juan to prevent cross contamination of fish, crustaceans, molluscs to prevent anaphylaxis. Chefs excelled at cooking specific personal meals. Choice amazing, creative themes for each evening meals. Availability good. Superb deserts, stunning appeal. Waiting staff work effectively and efficiently to clear tables, serve drinks and offer advice. All staff approachable, service with a smile. Enthusiasm, swift service of bar staff, Christiano and team. Efficiency of Berta , setting up BBQ. Variety of entertainment, Tribute acts, animators, traditional dancers. Massage given by Maria, out of this world. The best ever. Well worth it.

No free water or water refill stations! No water in the gym! No towels at the gym! Fitness mats are old and damaged. When visiting the sauna, please contact reception 1 hour in advance so that the sauna can be heated up.

Nice view on the beach, good breakfast. Restricted times for children in the spa area.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We had an incredibly nice week at Playa del Moro. The rooms are large, clean and modern and the sea view is wonderful. The food is varied and there is something for every taste. The staff are friendly and do their best to fulfil guests' every wish. We would especially like to thank the chef Jhon, who made every breakfast and dinner a highlight with his friendly and personable manner, but above all with his delicious food. Thanks to the whole team - we will be back!

Only small thing, really petty, the indoor pool was really quite cold, could have been a little warmer.

The hotel was absolutely great, everything was exactly as expected. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and bigger than expected, the cleaning was done daily and I can say that it was really crystal clean. We used both the indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Buffet breakfast and dinner really rich in choice, at the same time the themed dinners were good, every day one tasted something a little different. Free street parking, we only found a spot one night and even then we didn't park far away. I would love to go here again in the future.

Regarding food, there was a lot of variety which was good. But I have to say that I didn’t enjoy the food that much, meals were not so delicious.

I don’t like areas that require paying an extra fee. We’ve paid for the hotel ! The bigger sun beds should not be exclusive to those guests willing to pay an extra 35 euro a day .

Unfortunately whoever was above us was banging dishes and cutlery every five minutes not sure why or what they was aiming to do.

Amazing view from our room on the edge of the beach from our balcony , exceptionally friendly , caring and attentive staff willing to help with any questions we have. Outstanding selection for breakfast and buffet dinner ,Great welcoming drink . Will definitely be returning
