We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis one bedroom stay located by the coast of Moraira was great find. The host Pilar was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with one of the windows and a handyman was sent out to help within a few hours. The flat is just as spacious as it is beautiful. With an amazing view of the sea from the 7th floor!

The view was outstanding. Even amazing views from the shower! For the price of this accommodation (we stayed in December), the views were outstanding. We had a lovely walk into town, only taking less than 10 minutes. The apartment was well equipped.

SpainThe lift out of order we had to climb 14 flights of stairs. We tried to contact the owners no replies until 2nd day of a 3 day stay. They were not helpful. Blinds in the apt very dirty and floor damaged and needs recovering.

United KingdomI didn’t like the fact it was within a high rise black of flats. There are only two high rise blocks in Moraira, both built in the 1970s. This apartment is in one of them and the floor to ceiling window in the lounge overlooks the other one to the point I could see into the flats. The building is very tired and needs a decent amount of tlc. The toilet in the bathroom was fitted on a slant, the bed linen had a musty smell and although there was complimentary coffee pods, there was no coffee machine (just a broken cafetière with no glass).

Franceuncomfortable bed. broken vacuum cleaner, not clean windows, that make a lot of noise when there is wind. the broken shower. The flat need some investment in new comfortable bed in the bedroom, new comfortable side bed, new vacuum cleaner, new shower and new company that cleans that windows every month.
There is Great view. The flat has a beautiful interior: the blue couch is nice. The living room is beautiful. The apartment manager Pilar that helps the owners is very very kind, devoted, professional and smily person. I would gladly come again after the renovations.

United Kingdomunfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the shower was loose on the wall and was very weak water pressure, the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped, the place was quite tired and scuffed/marked. No information on the local area, no personal touches.
