Breakfast is charged separately at 15 euros per day. It's good value if you eat a large breakfast - but toast and coffee are all I want, so I felt it was rather expensive. No other meals are served, so you need to go out and look for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.

Great location within easy walking distance of many sites of interest. The room was a good size, with a Juliet balcony looking down onto the street. The lovely roof terrace offers an alternative view of Seville's old town, furnished with seats, tables, sunbeds, and sunshades. Plentiful and varied breakfast served from 7:00am

For me this is the perfect hotel. I will certainly look for PetitPalace hotels in the other cities of Spain. Restaurants in Seville have limited menus, though the meat and the jamon are very very good.

Comfortable room, bed, bathroom; kettle for early tea and night time camomile. Only 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and main avenue. The email before arriving with advice and links to book online the Cathedral, Alcazar and tours to nearby cities.

Top location in the very heart of an amazing city: every major landmark in town can be reached by foot in ten to fifteen minutes at most. The structure is beautiful and unique, and I can't stress enough how helpful and nice the staff was.

The streets are very narrow - we originally selected this location because it had parking on site but seeing how narrow the streets were we decided not to drive in to the old city. Staff helped us with suggestions for parking closer to the river, out of the old city which worked out great! It was a short walk to the hotel from the car park.

I wish there had been a better place to sit in the room other than the bed....there was one plastic chair at the desk and that was all. Also there was not an iron in the room which would have been handy.

I chose this hotel because of the location....very close to the main tourist sights but also on a quiet street. I had stayed on the same street in the past at an apartment. Location was incredible! The room was on the smaller side but the bathroom was large and it had a great shower! The room itself was pretty quiet even though our room overlooked the street. I think I heard the street cleaner once in 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very very good and we really enjoyed starting our day off with that....great coffee, lots of different types of foods for breakfast to suit any nationality.

The hallway on level one could use a bit of an update,

Loved the location, it’s right in the heart of central Sevilla. There’s a safe parking in the hotel for 22 Euros p/day( but it’s only good for small cars) and only accessible by elevator. The room is clean and comfortable and very spacious as well as the newly renovated bathroom. The breakfast is pretty good, lots of fresh fruit and pastries to choose from. The staff are friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

There is an underground car park, but really only for small cars. We had an SUV and so decided to park at one of the commercial car parks along the river. This was essential coz of the hotel car park AND the narrow streets leading to the hotel.

The hotel and room and staff are excellent. It is located in the heart of the old town and you can walk to everything. The old building has been expertly renovated so the common areas are bright, airy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are small but perfectly formed and the bed is huge. The breakfast has a wide variety of very fresh food. We were just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.
