We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot many options for food within the hotel unless you want a fine dining meal - particularly room service after 10pm when we arrived was poor. Not an issue as such but the castle, winery and casino are actually a 15/20min walk from the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful with excellent finishes. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the spa. Hotel was very secure within a gated community and had excellent parking. Visit to the winery was fantastic and great value for money. If you stay here you need a car!

Switzerland-it is a golf hotel, and not a family hotel. No kids care, no playground, no place to walk. -we had too many mosquitos on our terrace and could not use it in the evening -it was quite expensive -lunch/dinner were good, but food in the city was often better for a smaller price.
-our room was huge, modern and very stylish -golf course was good -breakfast was very good -cheesecake desert

Dinner in l'Olivera was a bit hit and miss. Some of the food was very good, but some was average.
Breakfast was delicious, with lovely locally produced produce. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was spacious and quite quiet. The golf course was lovely.

Everything! The quality of the food is superb. They did change the menu and breakfast, to be honest, I preferred how it used to be. The gym is absolutely perfect, staff is super friendly and helpful and location is perfect. One of my favorite hotels and will definitely repeat again!

This hotel was lovely. Surrounded by a golf course and with a vineyard close by, what more could you want. Excellent restaurant, good breakfast and clean, well maintained, comfortable room. Loads of essentials in the bathroom as well. 15 mins walk to Peralada castle and festival with a free shuttle service to the festival.

clean, comfortable, stylish rooms with well stocked mini fridge, bathroom had all the toiletries you would need for your trip and well deserving of a 5star quality rating. The spa was perfect and even more so that your booked time slot meant you got it to yourself. Food was excellent, breakfast had varied choice of cooked or continental options, all delicious. good location and only 5 min drive or 20 minute walk to Peralada.
