Nothing could have been better excellent one night stay.

Staff was not as helpful as expected. For a 4 star hotel i would expect to have some help with my luggage, that they know the menu of the in-house restaurant... small things that add up.

The photo of the pool area is misleading , the sun beds were not allowed near the pool.

Restaurant in hotel was very sad. No music, waitress did not feel like doing anything and the food was just ok. For what it was, way overpriced.

We had a dump smell in our room, we thought it was coming from the AC

It was very confortable and clean. There is a small swimming pool that it was very needed due to the high temperatures.

Pillows were uncomfortable. I expected a bigger pool. There were three big bottles of shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The three of them were empty.

Noise. There was a kind of AC main unit with huge ventilators outside the hotel building producing a lot of noise in the day and in the night.

Having to wait till 4 for check in and not allowed to use facilities till then. We had arrived at 2 after a long journey and had to wait in the car.

Nothing significant. It does not pretend to be a resort experience but the staff were very helpful and attentive and it met our requirements.

Modern and well equipped hotel, close to freeway to Madrid, good parking. We used the hotel as a convenient location to go to Madrid airport with a hire car after 3 weeks in Spain. It suited our needs, provided an evening meal and a good breakfast. We discovered that while we were alone for dinner, breakfast was packed as all the other knowledgeable Spanish guests knew where the good local restaurants were, and we did not. However the hotel did provide a very good dinner for us. We appreciated the walk in shower as requested

It is a comfortable modern hotel on the outskirts of Guadalajara. We stayed there whilst cycling from Madrid to Bilboa. The staff were very helpful about storing our tandem. The meal we ate in the restaurant was very good.

Guadelahara is pleasant with a few old building in the centre, but the city on the whole is modern, so not the most exciting place to stay on holiday (we stopped off there as part of a trip across Spain).

It's a very comfortable and modern hotel with a car park and we were able to park our motorcycles outside the front where it was all monitored by cameras.

Restaurant as previously mentioned is dull and sterile it would benefit from better mood lighting for evening service. I stayed in room 029 and the wireless charger on one side wasn’t working and continually clicked. Only every two bottles of water in the room fridge regardless of stay, no ironing facilities in room. No tea making facilities

Reception staff Jaime and Carol were excellent and accommodating when having to double up on their roles of check in desk and serving at the bar, Anca in the restaurant is really nice and although the restaurant is dull and sterile she makes it worthwhile going there.

It’s a bit far from the city centre but there’s bus stop just few metres from the hotel. It’s a bit pricy in comparison with the similar types of hotels in Spain. There’s no lounge bar or restaurant open after 23:00.

The breakfast was exceptional, the variety was just amazing. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies. The internet worked very well and also the shower had a good pressure what is vey important for me.
