You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkThe place could have nicer facilities, but for the price, couldn't complain. The room was a bit warm at night due to the closed windows.
The staff was super friendly, I got so many recommendations on what to do, they were really great. The place has a lovely, relaxed vibe. Very clean. The location is outstanding.

United KingdomThe location is super attractive, so easy to get there from the airport/La Laguna bus terminal. People welcoming you there are super hospitable, for the non-spanish speakers, they speak english too. Gisella and Mano (apologies if spelled incorrectly!) were great, made me feel there comfortable, showed around and there's some food and drinks for the residents thats included in the price :) I spent a night there only, but it surely is a spot to remember for any future trips to Tenerife. Thanks guys, youre doing a great job there and something to take pride in.

Very friendly staff, social vibe but not a party hostel. Clean and nicely decorated, nice patio. Good mix of different types of travellers and volunteers. I was working from the hostel and the wifi as well as a workspace were very suitable for it.

SpainThis was a really welcoming, relaxing and clean hostel. There was a brilliant friendly vibe and the staff were helpful. There's a great central courtyard to chill out in, the beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. When I didn't have cash to rent a towel, the manager let me use one for free. I would definitely stay here again.

The atmosphere in the hostel is just great. Feels very welcoming from the beginning. People are caring and the place feels like home. Great location to go for hikes in Anaga. Easy parking possibilities. Got everything you could ask for. Coming back for sure!
