Brilliant location, we have stayed at a few apartments on this complex and this is by far the best. Roof top terrace is excellent, property is clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication to check in is brilliant. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment to stay for a holiday with family or friends. What does the great job is a huge terrace, where you can stay in shadow or at the sun. Definitely reccomended.

We had a rental car and had to find a different place to park it on the street every day. We easily found parking, but we were a little nervous about not having it in a secure area. While there is a notice about quiet hours after 10 PM, other residence did not abide by that on two evenings. One night nearby residence were quite noisy until almost midnight. While we had good pillows, a comfy bed and an assortment of blankets and towels provided for our stay, we were disappointed that bathroom toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were not provided but these items were available at the nearby stores. HOWEVER, there were sunscreen and after-sun products in the unit! 😃

We liked everything about the property and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property is 10-15 minutes away from the airport in a residential area of apartments, condos, and hotels. It was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The penthouse apartment where we stayed was roomy: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a combined lounge area and kitchen. It also included two outdoor areas, each with a dining table and chairs and one with a covered area with outdoor sofas. Comfortable lounge chairs and a fantastic view of the property and the ocean was much appreciated! Having a washing machine was also a bonus and previous guests, or the owner, left an assortment of spices, olive oil, salt/pepper in the kitchen…and that made it very easy for us to make breakfast, lunch or dinner as needed! The security of the complex is fantastic: a fob/card is necessary to enter and leave the exterior gated area, and that gave us a feeling of being safe - plus, the front door had a deadbolt lock. Another positive aspect to this property is that two small/medium size grocery stores (with a good selection of meat, produce and fresh bakery items) are just a two or three minute walk away as are a number of restaurants. We had delicious Sunday Roast and Fish-n-Chips at WildGeese, fantastic roasted chicken at the steak/chicken/fish restaurant across the street from this property and We enjoyed live music (and tasty fruit infused sangria) at a small restaurant/bar along the Promenade overlooking the ocean very near this property. The property’s location to the Promenade is a 3-5 minute walk: great for those people who want to visit one of the black rock beaches in this area, walk around the marina, take a catamaran ride, or simply soak up the beautiful scenery. A representative from the owner contacted us prior to our trip, when we arrived and the day prior to our departure.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one en suite, which was fine but the main bathroom, every now and then smells. This is not the owners fault, I think it is a general complex drain thing! Didn’t spoil our stay and I would defo stay again.

AC only works with euro coins. This was quite annoying at first but later we stopped using AC at all. Tenerife is ... fine without it. A must in a car though! Not all of the ventilators shown in the ad were working. This was a problem, because you can forget the AC if there is wind. If the wind stops, things become problematic. There was an annoying smell on the terrace. We thought it came from vertical ventilators. It does not. It's from the grates in the floor. Pour water into those grates and the smell is gone. There aren't enough wardrobes in the apartment, especially the second bedroom (the one closer to the pool) is lacking in storage space. We were told there is ample parking space. Close to the complex it is an epic struggle to find a parking spot. There is plenty of parking on the road leading to the complex, but you have to walk a bit. The bigger bathroom has a window going out to a public area. Just be careful to close the blinds. Take some extension cords with you. Few sockets in the apartment. Handles for operating the balcony and terrace shades were missing. Not a problem on the terrace, but a problem on the balcony due to the sun. Planes. Lots of them. Most days they land from west to east and the noise is then smaller. If they take off to the west the noise is... hmmm.... Flights stop before midnight, but you can still expect some late arrivals around 10PM. We liked it. The location is a plane spotter's dream. Some people, especially with very small kids, may not appreciate the noise. It didn't interrupt our sleep and was not a problem during the day as we were either sightseeing or bathing sometimes even in Costa Adeje (get a car!). However you must expect a lot of planes.

Holidays for 6 ppl, in-laws + two kids + us. Arrival: Our flight was 5 hrs late. Very worried, but no trouble with the keys. A nice lady (Ildikó), swung by when we signalled that we've left the car rental and are headed to the apartment. Apartment: Nice, modern, quite nicely finished although some of the furniture shows signs of wear. Kitchen is equipped and we alternated between cooking and going out. Space is ok for 4 adults + 2 kids, but would be a stretch for 6 adults. Kids slept on a couch in the living room. Wi-fi is ok for browsing and streaming services. No idea about TV channels, we used our Chromecast with the TV (we brought the Chromecast, not available on site!). Beside the terrace there is a balcony overlooking the pool/garden/restaurant area. Not much space in the apartment to eat, but the terrace fixes that. Terrace: I'm signalling out the terrace because it deserves it. It's a beast. Huge. We only slept in the apartment, we lived on the terrace when not travelling/bathing. The view: From the balcony there are very nice views inside the complex - pool, restaurant, garden. From the terrace you can see the ocean and the marina in the distance, some of the view is blocked by nearby hotels. The complex: There are a couple entrances to the housing complex. We mostly used the one from the ocean side. You need FOBs to get in. We were provided two FOBs and keys. FOBs are also needed to get to the pool. Watch out for pool closing hours. There is a reception in the complex which can help with printing out the tickets (Wizzair BS). There is a lift you can use to get to the 3rd floor. The area: Lots of small restaurants in the area, especially along the path beside the ocean. Couple of shops. 3.5 km away you have Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona. A rented car is highly advised to fully use this location. It's close to the airport, but still a couple of kilometres.

spacious clean and smart apartment, massive sunny terrace and great views of both ocean and the mountains. good on site facilities and plenty of amenities in the neighbourhood. plenty of public parking space available in vicinity.

The second bathroom and bedroom would appreciate a bit of an upgrade, but it was all clean and usable.

The best feature of the apartment is the very large terase and a balcony. Great spot for relaxing, suntanning and beautiful sunset views.

There was no dishwasher nor clothes dryer. Air conditioner was not working. One bathroom has no ventilation other than a window right inside the shower cabin. That window opens juns into the corridor what feels not so private. Loungers in the terrace are not comfortable - the material is stretched out of two of them so that crossbar rams into the back of your body.

Friendly and helpful host. It was easy to contact and get the keys and other information. Quiet location, beautiful pool with guard and pool loungers. Pool water is friendly - not too cold and not too much cleansing chemicals. Beautiful view from big terrace. A lot of plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils.

Great outdoor space but only 2 sunbeds one of which is unusable as digs into your back . Requested some more but heard nothing back. The bathroom door was being worked upon when we arrived and remained broken all week could not lock. Could be much better but silly things let it down

Air conditioner is not working. The cabinet was unusable, the quality was unacceptable. The terrace smells like a sewer but has an excellent panorama.
