To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo tea/coffee making facilities for first cup of the day but provided with a kettle after upon request and bought our own cups & spoons. No bedside cabinets which made things a bit difficult. Also, air con was turned on every time that we turned it off which meant that the room was really cold when we returned in the evenings

Location! Before arrival I had asked if my luggage could be stored as I had an early morning attival. To my surprise the room was ready and I could check in already, fabulous. I even had a little balcony! Also I overheard that there is the opportunity to shower and change at the hotel after check out and before leavind. Did not use myself but super service. Overall very nice staff

United KingdomA fantastic location for exploring the city and really convenient to get the train from the airport. The hotel was just what I was looking for, modern yet in the older part of town. The rooms was bright and clean and surprisingly quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were really helpful. While we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel (we liked to find a cafe near by) it looked good from what we could see. So many great squares, restaurants and tapas bars near by. A short stroll is the park for some quiet in the day.

Great location, small hotel which suited our needs. Rooms were compact but had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and modern. Nice to have the option of purchasing breakfast at the hotel. Staff were helpful in booking a cab on our last morning.

CanadaHotel did not have a luggage storage area, so members of our party that were mobility impaired had to stay with the suitcase from time of checkout 11:00 to 12:30 when we took cabs to the Barcelona cruise ship terminal.
Great location, centre of everything, near the cruise port, la Rambla Main Street and the main intercity train station Estacio de Francia. Staff were very accommodating and friendly and eager to please. Rooms were clean, modern, and bathrooms clean, well laid out and functional.

United KingdomOur assigned room on the 4th floor was occupied and the reception guy thought this was impossible. But we were assigned another room on the 1st unfortunately so not much of a view out of the window but it done the job of somewhere to rest. The room was clean and basic. No iron, I'm not sure if you have to ask at reception and no USB ports in sockets.
The location is amazing. The reception of the hotel is lovely. The reception staff get the job done. Pool area nice too. The bar and food areas look lovely but we didn't manage to attend them.
