The neighbourhood is very quite but that also means that you have to take your car or a taxi to go to a restaurant at night.

Noelia is the nicest host and for its price it is the best, cleanest, complete apartment you will find in Maspalomas. The apartment is superclean, complete well maintained and everything is functioning well.

Everything was perfect, host was very helpful, apartament fully equiped and it looks exactly as it is in the photos. We had an access to the pool area and also to the beautiful garden. I strongly recommend stay in this beautiful place.

We had a short but fabulous stay at Carmelito 1. Not only was the apartment cosy and well equipped with all amenities that you need, but also Noelia was an absolutely great and unforgettable host, very welcoming and that kind of person that you connect with immediately. She gave us lots of useful tips and hints as to where to eat and which places to visit. A really unforgettable stay! Thank you for everything, Noelia :)

There was no fan for air supply, I can’t remember more, because everything was perfect for me.

Private, well furnished, cozy and all accessories are in place, even tea, coffee, shampoos, salt, pepper, everything for washing, sun umbrella. champagne was given :)

Noelia was a great host. The communication was excellent and she gave a full explanation of the facilities/area on arrival. The property is compact , spotlessly clean and situated in a quiet residential area away from the tourist throng but within relatively easy walking distance of Meloneras and the sand dunes. It was ideal for our two night stay and a good base for exploring the area.

Dogs barking across the road (not fault of this property) but couldn't hear them when windows were shut.

Perhaps a little removed from nightlife areas but taxis r cheap

Everything was superb ,fantastic bed newly renovated. All amenities provided for like towels soap hairdryer condiments and some refreshments host was wonderful and provided everything that you need ,had good wifi and even a washing machine for long stays .and located in a quiet area and a lovely courtyard for an evening tipple .

Host was super friendly, helpful and easy going. Nice garden with unoccupied pool in the next gate. Walking distance to the sea. Despite slight delay in check in overall experience was excellent. Strongly recommended if you value privacy and quiet. Moreover the apartment was very clean and cozy.

The apartment is in a really great location but is still in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, had a good shower, and a good WiFi connection. It also has a pool that you can use. :)

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Our host was fantastic. When we got there she was waiting for us. She took the time to explain everything. The rooms and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The place was just right for 2 people, nice and cosy but which had everything we needed. There were some nice little touches and we had been left some things in the fridge to keep us going when we arrived which was appreciated. Our host was very helpful and would do anything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The surrounding area was quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the beach cafes and bars.

Highly recommend this accommodation. The owner is so courteous person, she asked us several times during the stay if everything is alright and helped with any request we had. The apartment is absolutely clean and very well equipped, (the day of arrival the surprise has waited for us in the fridge). If we decided to come back to Gran Canaria I would choose the El Caramelito again. It's wonderful place to spent your holiday.
