The stairs caused a bit of an issue, very dark virtually black stairs very poorly lit causing me to miss the bottom step completely, ended up in the floor. Our friends room had a flood issue from the aircon plus an exploding hairdryer which is provided in the bathroom. Could have provided drinks service to the pool area considering it was quite hot weather.

Very friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, nice pool area, comfortable breakfast/lunch area, nice food, great parking for our hire car (although someone dinted the door). Super bedroom with uninterrupted fabulous sea views

We ate dinner only once and were disappointed with quality and range of food. Car parking was a 'lottery' particularly at night.

We liked our room but it seemed a little dated and could have done with a bit of modernization. The restaurant and the food didn't meet our expectations. The restaurant itself is utterly soulless. One big room with tables in rows. In the evening the lighting was very bright indeed. Prices are very high and we feel the food is nothing special. When you pay the sort of prices charged you want your evening to feel rather special - unfortunately for us we were left feeling like we had been taken advantage of. There are far better places to eat with more ambiance and lower prices.

We had a very nice room with excellent sea views. The room was a good size, and the double bed was huge! The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. There is plenty of parking.

We were disappointed with the choices offered in the restaurant, with the exception of the breakfast, they did not change in the two weeks of our stay. On one evening we chose pizzas, which were very poor. However, the staff were excellent.

The staff were quite excellent particularly those on reception. They were most welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The group are extremely fortunate to have such dedicated people fronting up the hotel.

Every member of staff was warm and welcoming - couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely pool area, this hotel is in a great location. Rooms and communal areas are spotlessly clean.
