We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location in the Picos, adjacent to Fuente De cable car, great walks from the top. Check in was welcoming, excellent large room with great views. Lovely sunny terrace for a beer. Good dinner and breakfast.

The location is awesome, right by the cable car. Beautiful interior and comfortable bed. They have an issue with dining. By the time we got there at 4pm there were only 10pm dinner slots left. Breakfast fab but not enough staff. The ones there were run ragged. We then opted for room service but were told it’s only available the same time as dinner 8.30 onwards!

Interesting comfortable hotel literally at the end of a long and winding mountain road. This is the end of the road! Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Great room and ensuite.

IrelandNot complaining, we don’t speak Spanish and the lady at reception has not good English which caused a misunderstanding booking a timeslot for breakfast. Potes which has plenty of excellent restaurants is a 30 minute drive.
The end of the Road lies this charming Parador. Location stunning and perfect for use of cable car and walking. At Night it is very peaceful and great for stars watching. The room was spacious, with a large comfy double bed. Very clean and good sized bathroom. Attached to the room is a enclosed balcony with big windows and stunning views. On the corridor and beside reception are other lounge areas, where you can have a glass of vino. Very helpful staff. The Parador has its own secure parking. The cable car is across the rod and takes you for €24 up the mountain. Parador breakfast is now €20 with a menu for hot food to order from.

BelgiumYou can't just walk in for breakfast, you have to stick to your time slot. But: we knew this in advance and didn't mind. The staff really did their best to serve everyone well.
We chose this hotel for its location and it is just fantastic. At the foot of the Picos de Europa mountains, 100m from the cable lift that takes you up in 3 min. Tip: book your tickets online in advance to avoid a long queue. The hotel has a lot of atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean. Nice and tasty breakfast (note: with reservation of time slot). Spacious car park and lovely terrace.
