This year Stacey’s bar did have some issues with cookers and staff being poorly and whilst can’t be helped it is such an I convenience especially as the breakfast is amazing so disappointing when it’s not available

This the third year we have retuned as the atmosphere clientele staff are all fabulous and engaging no stuffiness

I was in a ground floor studio and access to apartments above were from a spiral staircase fixed to outside of building. Awkward at first with people accessing all hours of the night but I learned to adjust.

Fairly quiet location which suited myself as I wanted a relaxing break. It was only 7 mins walk to bars and restaurants which was perfect to have on your doorstep.

Apartment was on two levels, with no air con in the living area. No healthy food options at the pool bar Broken toilet seat.

Dead cockroaches in wardrobe & kitchen cupboard. Toilet not fixed properly.

It was a nice size for a studio Air conditioning was great & WiFi in your rooms Bar was great and the food fantastic A lovely heated swimming pool

The property was very clean , nicely decorated, a good size with everything we needed including kitchen utensils down to matches ,candles. we especially liked having the washing machine , The terrace was a lovely size with plenty of chairs, tables sun beds . well done , highly recommended.

Too much furniture if a family of four in some of the apartments. Not loads of room for sunbeds around the pool. Would be good if you could specify somehow at booking exactly what type of room you need to avoid disappointment. Although the cleaners only come around every 5 days or so which is fine, it would be good if toilet roll supplies were checked on and filled so we didn't have to keep asking.

We were allocated an unsuitable room at first which was too small for a family of four. There was no sun terrace or second floor. With 2 x teenage boys, this meant we were all on top of each other. To give the staff their due, even though it was peak season and the complex was really very full, they managed to find us an alternative which was a duplex by the pool with a sun terrace. This was much more suitable and what we had expected from previous stays. We did think there was too much furniture in the lounge area as we needed to use the pull-out bed and it seemed a bit of an obstacle course. We asked if the table and chairs and the coffee table could be moved out and this was done immediately with no problems at all. Thank you for saving our holiday experience from being uncomfortable! The staff were always so friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was much more than just a lifeguard shuffling people around and helping throughout the day with parasols etc and politely stating that balls were not allowed in the pool if applicable very discreetly. The live music was lovely to hear during the day and gave a lovely atmosphere. The cafe bar service was friendly and efficient too and there was lots of choices of snacks.

The pool area was difficult to get into due to people reserving sun beds but not actually there! Wi-Fi was. I not the best, couldn’t lock the rear patio door as the lock was broken. This was reported to the reception.
