We had an event celebration and a little personalization would have being appreciated but it was fine since the staff was so polite.

It as always clean and the staff where welcoming. They were very helpful as well. The location is top close to a parking, beach and restaurants.

The balcony was old fashioned with a very poor standatrd of safety rail made from what appeared to be scrap metal welded in a shoddy state with sharp ends. The chairs were hard and aged. The pebble floor was uncomfortable to walk on without slippers or shoes. I had to take milk from the breakfast as they did not replenish daily. The pool parasols were very poor & very old the base was rotting plastic, we had to wedge into a position to stop it falling over.

Since it has an additional cost each time, the cleaning service could be better. At our arrival, some surfaces were very dusty; and when we asked to have the room cleaned throughout the days, apparently, they were only replacing towels and toilet paper, making the bed and tidying the room in general. No vacuum at all.

The facility was stunning. Located amazingly, near both the city centre and amazing beaches, all easily reachable by buses. Staff friendly and always available. Great food and cheap room service.

Dust all over the room, maybe from the ceiling vents? Lumps of it on the floor everyday but good we had slippers to wear so it didn’t get in the bed.

When you advertise as a ' boutique ' hotel, them small things matter. The walk-in shower worked fine, unfortunately the glass surround leaked badly and therefore there was a large puddle in the middle of the open plan bathroom every time you showered.. There was no plug in the sink and I had to ask for shower gel in the bathroom as the cleaning staff had forgotten ! It was nothing terminal and I would happily stay again, but please, the small things matter.

Breakfast was the only downside, but i put that down to us coming during off season so there wasn’t many people in the hotel and therefore a buffet breakfast wasn’t served.

I booked for me and 2 friends ( were early 20s), our room was so spacious and clean. Such a pretty and aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff were so helpful with telling us where to go and catering to our needs.

beds are quite firm and we had an issue with the shower flooding multiple times + hard to use air con. staff managed to fix the shower after a couple of attempts though.

The situation of the hotel is a litle walk away from the restauants and shops in Portals Nous and the marina restaurants in port but this hotel is better than some of the others I have stayed in around this area

The room was modern, comfortable, clean and the bathroom a little unusual being that the shower is seperate from the sink and toliet and next to the balcony. However it seems to work well if you are staying with another person as you dont then have to wait to have a shower if the other is in the bathroom. I likes that they had nice bathrobes and slippers provided and coffee making facilities in the room

My friends (party of 3) had booked an extra night and arrived earlier than me. They had difficulty resolving some problems with the room allocated on arrival and also an ongoing problem with the shower not draining properly throughout the stay.

Good location, the breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Apart from a few issues with rooms on arrival the service from the staff was excellent and the hotel experience overall was great. The hotel was an ideal base to go into Palma for dinner/ shopping, but also to have access to a beautiful beach & pool for relaxing.
