Nothing to complain about. There is no gym but that didn't trouble me.

Fantastic location, just up the road from the marina and comfortable walking distance from the beach. Easy access to cafes, bars, restaurants and shops too. There is a very warm and friendly atmosphere at the property, with staff always friendly and on-hand with local recommendations and general guidance. Rooms very spacious and generously appointed. Property was overall very clean and quiet. Price was very reasonable, all things considered - very good value, all things considered.

While the location is ideal for walking to the main stroll, the hotel is located off a primary thoroughfare which means that you can hear traffic from your balcony. Rooms seem to be soundproof so your sleep is not interrupted.

My suite had a lovely view of the sea in the distance. Room decor was fantastic and had a modern nautical vibe. Complimentary bottled water and balcony were nice to have. The walk to restaurants was 5-7 minutes depending on which restaurant you were headed to.

The night manager Yosi checked us in and he was super helpful. He let us know about the facilities and places to visit in Majorca and around the hotel. He even offered us a drink. The service by the hotel staff was excellent.

The bed is comfortable, a bus stop nearby to go to the city. Easy to find a parking stop.

Food was excellent, the room was fine, the balcony was nice and had an ocean view. Within walking distance to market and downtown area. Parking available.

Sound proof of the rooms isn’t brilliant. I had a room next to the elevators (206) and you could hear everything. Like the doors offered no muffling. So wouldn’t recommend this room, maybe they were a bit better down the hall The breakfast isn’t 10/10. The self serve bit with the scrambled eggs/sausage etc. was quite cold but ordered an omelette which was good

The pool area and sunbeds are lovely. Was so quiet when I was there which was lovely. I got a free upgrade which was great!! And the room was really nice. Great bed. Really bright. The shower is separate and has a window looking out to the ocean.

Fun police around the pool. Very loud busy road running beside the hotel. A shower in the room that flooded the whole suite. Shabby balconies and very small.

Pool area and gardens were lovely. Room also very good. Public areas bright and clean. Chocolates and cava in the suite on arrival was a lovely touch.

The location of the hotel was excellent, beach 15min walking, center of palma 30min by bus and airport about 40min. Breakfast amazing, plenty options and really tasted. The staff was super friendly- thanks Jordi, Paloma and Maica( I was not sure about her name, the girl from the bar) they make our stay fabulous:)

We had a small floading with the shower but nothing dramatic. We were near the elevator and could hear some rumbling noise every time it would move.

Staff was super friendly. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was very nice. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The big disappointment was the last day when we needed to check out early and requested a takeaway breakfast. The takeaway breakfast was 90% bread and only bread... for a 4 star hotel.i expected better attention at what the client needs and not provide only bread for breakfast just because the client was checking out!!! Also, as mentioned, not all staff were the same.

Breakfast was great when it was served as a buffet. Half the staff were very friendly and professional, and the other half better not mention!!!

The breakfast could be improved on, the croissants were very small and not very nice, there could be a better cooked breakfast option, there was a card on the table with a few things but all the mornings I was there no one ever came and asked me.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the sea.

Nothing that caused any problems. Cost of Bottled water quite high.

Staff all very helpful. Out of season visit to see friends so fairly quiet. Excellent room and Shower facilities. Easy location for Portals. No Breakfast or meals in Hotel but selection looked excellent.Pool closed. Perfect for the visit.
