Nothing really. Maybe just add toiletries holders inside the shower. I had to leave my soap/shampoo on the shower floor. Everything else was in perfect condition. Never seen an Airbnb that they thought of everything we might need.

The host let us in with the code and met us inside the facility. Such nice manners and nice host, Claudia.

Comfortable and clean apartment. Good equipped kitchen, there are dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and etc.. There is a very nice sofa bed in the hall. The beach and the sea are very close. There are some mini markets in walking distance, as well as fruteria. There are 2 washing machines and drying machine on the ground floor and they are free.

It is next to a church and the church's bell rings just next to your ears.

Saturday night was incredibly noisy outside due to the nightclub next door. All other nights were peaceful though!

Location was great - short walk to main promenade and very close to the beach. Check in was very straight forward and we received a lovely warm welcome from Ana.

Difficult to park by the hotel, bathroom needs more cleaning.. windows are not closing properly, so it was noisy because of the motorcycles late night.

Location is the best, Old Town and everything was very close including restorants, caffes, shops...the beach is just across the main street.We were with 2 kids and we could come in the apartment whenever we need it to, everything was very reachable.The apartment itself was very clean,everything new, sheets and beds comfortable, totaly equiped kitchen.The staff was also kind and pleasant to talk to, noticable that they know their job to deal with tourists.We are coming back thats for sure!

The only downside was that the room itself was quite dimly lit. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Alicante.

I recently stayed at a wonderful accommodation and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been better – it was conveniently close to the old town, the beach, and the bus stop. Not to mention, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making everything easily accessible. Traveling with a child, the presence of an elevator in the building was a huge plus, and coupled with the prime location, it really streamlined our stay. The key pickup process was smooth, and it was convenient that we could leave our luggage at the office after check-out.

It was our second time staying with MyFlats in Alicante and once again a great experience. The location is second to none, just two streets back from the beach and in the old town. The apartment has everything we need, great people watching too from the balcony!

The split balcony affords a really eye pleasing view. However, it's not big enough to allow two people to sit outside with a table to enjoy lunch or a drink. As we were only staying for four nights in February, this wasn't an issue. However, on a longer stay in the summer, I would be looking for a bigger outside space. Bizarrely, the street entrance to the building, appears to be the only one in the local targeted by graffiti artists. In no way is this a reflection on the building's or apartment's interior. However, it's initially off-putting and something that perhaps should be looked at. Overnight, we put a washed item out to dry on the balcony. However, the next morning, it was covered in cigarette ash because a selfish smoker had tipped the ash from their cigarette over the side whilst smoking on the roof terrace. We raised this with MyFlats staff when checking out and advised they would raise it with the building owner.

The location couldn't be better, as it very close to an airport bus drop off stop. the beach, multiple bars/restaurants and even a local supermarket right on its doorstep. However, even with all this activity going on, it's deathly quiet at night, so sleep is not an issue. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our 4 night stay, immaculately clean with a very comfortable bed, fantastic shower and excellent fridge freezer. Cooking facilities are also available, but we prefer to eat out when on such a trip. The view from the room was also very good, as looked onto a square featuring an amazing looking historical cathedral and adjacent restaurant and cafe. The CASA building is directly in front of the apartments. We will definitely book this accommodation again when we return to Alicante.
