We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainOne of our beds had the strings already very on the verge of the mattress, and there were no extra pillows/blankets.
The location, the staff!!! People here are so incredibly nice. Waiters knew our name bay the 2nd day and were always helpful and simply charming. Just a quick walk from many nice restaurants and beaches.

It was an amazing accommodation paired with excellent staff. Super helpful, good hygiene and every day they have a different animation. There are enough activities to keep children entertained for hours! A big big thank you to especially the men at the reception for going above and beyond for their guests!

Comfortable large bed. Lovely choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Rooms cleaned daily. Although pool was small, it never got crowded and we even had it to ourselves one day!

FinlandI've had issues with the customer service, I've sent them multiple emails about my stay and an inquiry about a possible partial refund, but haven't received any answer. The AC didn't work in the room so it was very hot and we needed to sleep with the balcony door open and I was informed of a discount beforehand that I never got.
It was in a very good location next to the train station, there were many restaurants and stores nearby as well. The room was cleaned regularly too.

PolandIndoor pool - additionally paid, too much chloride and bad ventilation, my eyes hurt, and after 30 minutes, I and my daughter started to cough Evening animation for kids (mni disco) was way too late for little ones. There was a coffee machine in our room, but no coffee or tea to use with it

MaltaDecor needs an upgrade, paying extra for the lock for the safe in the room was something I had never seen, only one pool which is not that big is not enough for the amount of guests.
Food was excellent, and very good variety. Staff all so nice. Entertainment team good too.

SwitzerlandIt is apparently not allowed to bring to your room anyone who is not a paying guest of the hotel, not even for short amount of time. Reception staff would check who comes in and out against the names registered in the room, also not in a particularly friendly way. I have never seen this in any other hotel in my life. The food at the buffet had very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Plus it would have been helpful to have tags describing what each dish was, so that we didn't have to ask the staff each time if it contained meat or not.
Room was spacious and big, with a nice big terrace. With the terrace door closed, we almost couldn't hear the music from the pool, which was very good. Powerful and hot water stream from the shower.

FranceBeds are low quality and hard, had back ache after two nights, asked for another bed but said they were all the same and no solution offered. Also they charge to reserve sunbeds, meaning nearly all the best ones are reserved even if you arrive with your kids at 9am. They say money goes to charity but this wasn't mentioned when I booked and spoiled the holiday along with the beds. Also when leaving hotel we were not asked how our stay was, I assume they dont care. Disappointing
Childrens entertainment was good, food good, pool area was nice.
