For the price per night when staying for several nights, I would have expected the rooms to be cleaned and towels changed. Also hot water a bit inconsistent and pressure varied.

Very stingy with provisions such as dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules etc. Two dishwasher tablets provided for a 5 night stay for 4 people & the dishwasher was only half size. Further provisions were provided upon request but you shouldn’t need to ask. Air Con was not working in our first apartment, took 2 days for technicians to arrive, subsequently we were moved to an upgraded apartment with functional air con although the internet only worked intermittently in the second apartment so just put up with it.

Location was very convenient, 10 min walk from the Aerobus & within walking distance to La Sagrada, the gothic quarter & El Born. Room was well equipped with crockery and cutlery. Rooms were very spacious & nicely decorated with a modern kitchen & bathrooms.

The apartment is excellent - very spacious and well appointed. Beds are super comfy. Huge living room to get the family together. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Kitchen area had everything we needed. The location is pretty good too - 2.5 blocks from the main Placa de Catalunya, and multiple metro tracks. Excellent restaurants and cafes within a block!

The only thing I could say is during the stay, the room was not cleaned. We kept it clean ourselves but would have been good if cleaned a couple of times.

The location was brilliant. Within walking distance to the main attractions. The apartment itself was very big, clean, great facilities and a very helpful member of staff on reception.

The apartment was much more spacious than we anticipated. It had everything we could need and was clean and comfortable. There are shops and restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to everything. The rooftop pool was empty each time we visited which meant we had it to ourselves which was amazing.

We truly found everything to be perfect !!!!

From making this reservation months ago - to check out after our vacation, the service was absolutely impeccable. We stayed with our friends who arrived a few hours before us and since them joining us was a surprise for my husband - they "played" along and didn't mention anything at check in to maintain the surprise. Our friends sadly forgot the bag containing their passports in the taxi and the staff at front desk were incredibly helpful in getting in touch with the cab company as well as the embassy. Each morning we were greeted with a smile. The unit itself was absolutely perfect ! Two identical bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and closets with packing space - something that we found lacked at all our other accommodation. It was nice to be able finally unpack our suitcases ! The apartments are also perfectly located. Close to so much and also a metro station just a 3 minute walk away. Also the best coffee shop just across the road - with the absolutely BEST croissants and best coffee too ! All in all the perfect stay. Having to deal with the shower curtain every morning was irritating. A screen would be an improvement. Our apartment had a connecting door to the adjoining one. This seemed to allow noise to penetrate quite easily, especially when we had loud-voiced male neighbours.

The apartment was in a central location, close to most of the attractions we wanted to visit. It was spacious and comfortable. There was a Carrefour supermarket a couple of blocks away and a restaurant (Mussol Casp) offering gluten-free options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner did not work very well at all. Was not too bad since we were there in May but I would not stay there in August unless they improve the A/C!!!! We asked but it was not improved. The location was great and the staff were very nice.

The location is brilliant. Close to all the main tourist attractions but a few streets back so it's a peaceful place with bakeries and cafes around. The apartment itself was beautifully designed with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and a modern decor. It was brilliant.

Swimming Pool was great, open air, but would have been nice to access the pool earlier than 9am. My flight was delayed, and I was not given any instruction on how to enter if I arrived after the reception was closed.

Very clean spacious and quiet room. All kitchen items supplied. Helpful staff. Great location.
