Genuinely can't find one single fault with this place

Don't be put off by the two star rating here. I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels that where not as good as this place. Central location. Comfortable rooms. Good air conditioning. Great pool area and the entire place is absolutely spotless. However the hotels best assest is Pol and his wife Isabella. Genuinely lovely friendly kind people who could not have done enough for us. We will be back again

Nothing, we loved it

Everything. The staff were lovely and really helpful, gave recommendations and allowed us to use the facilities after check out. The rooms were really clean, lovely view from the balcony. The pool area was gorgeous, very well kept and relaxing environment. Also had board games and lots of books to use. Excellent location, close to everything.

Amazing stay! The hosts are incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean, the room is well equipped and the mattress very comfortable. Highly recommend!

It’s not fair to say that I didn’t like anything as the hotel was absolutely lovely and as advertised. It’s only a personal choice, but I prefer a hotel with a lounge area , choice of food and later bar openings.

This is a lovely quiet boutique hotel in the centre of Calella. It’s a little gem no doubt, and perfect if its a quite relaxing holiday that you want and need . As previous reviewers have stated, the pool area is beautiful. And the hotel is spotless, with the owner Paul, his wife and family in attendance in a wonderful caring, but none intrusive manner towards their guests. The AC was a must as weather was so hot, that was a definite necessity and we were delighted that we had it.

A bit dark in corridor but okay once I found light switch. Would prefer someone on check in till 10.30pm but appreciate it's a 2 star and there is a night porter.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we were treated to the warmth and hospitality of Pol and his family. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room was well equipped and spacious. It is in an ideal location in the center of Calella, with beaches and train station just minutes away. You can pay a lot more for a lot less in Spain if you want. We had a lovely stay here and will definitely return again and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel owner and staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful people. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach. There are lots of tourist shops and cafes nearby. Freshly renovated room, nice bathroom, had a fridge and balcony. Small but nice pool with great sunbeds. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you!

The balcony could be a little wider, but it's fine for 2 people.

Very friendly and inviting staff. We stayed for 9 days and had nothing but praise, for the staff. We often slept in. They gave us new towels, and asked if we would be ready half an hour later. We had a big room with a small kitchen, but no hot plates. Nice big fridge, to keep your own food and drinks cold. It's located close to the beach and the bar/club street. Everything is close by in walking distance. Even the emergency room, should you be so unlucky. Barcelona center can be reached by train or bus, in little over an hour.

Charming family-owned budget-friendly clean nice small hotel near the Calella beach. Perfect value for the money. The owners (Pol and his wife) are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is also a very nice touch.

The wifi didn’t really work for us so we had to use our roaming data which was annoying. The shower had a big leak so we had to use our towels on the floor each shower to make sure the water didn’t go into the room.

We were in the perfect location and stayed on the pool side so didn’t hear any street noise at all. I think it made us feel much safe having a view of the pool rather than the street because it’s quite busy. We also felt super safe with the key card entrance after 8pm and needing it to access the lift. The pool was so so good!! We loved coming back here each day for a swim and to play games at the tables. The owners are super friendly and were always helpful with recommendations.

It’s in a busy area so you get a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning if you are on the street side of the hotel but there’s not a lot the owners can do about that.

I used to spend half my life in hotels as a Sales Manager and the important things are value for money, cleanliness and nice staff. Everything was clean and the people were friendly and efficient.

We were right in the centre of town beside all of the shops, bars and restaurants. The pool was fantastic, so deep and never too crowded. The apartment was everything we needed for our trip, and the staff were nothing but great to us!
