The property looked jaded and the chairs , cushions and walls needed cleaning. Some of the windows had cracked glass however I know it’s closing end of month so I assume everything will get a good clean. I was very disappointed with the spa area , quite a few things didn’t work and the pool , jacuzzi was not that hot . Also we booked 2 rooms and we were on different floors which I found unusual .

It had plenty to do and was just on the sea front , not far from shops , the pools were gorgeous . And the food in the buffet restaurant was fabulous and very reasonable. The staff were very nice and pleasant.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel,the staff was always friendly and helpful maybe a larger car park would benefit really can’t add anymore.

Breakfast was excellent didn’t use the pool went to the beach, just wish I’d booked a room on the ground floor where the adult pool was. The receptionist was very helpful lovely hotel when definitely recommend it.

The rooms could be better for such a price. Mold in the bathroom, room is poorly equipped, no place for drying person things.

A lot of fun for kids. First line so the sea and the beach is 1 min from hotel. Really nice place and my kid was happy!

We’ve been visiting this hotel for many years & think it’s gone downhill since becoming all inclusive, never seen so many noisy kids, not the hotels fault but did spoil our experience

The staff aren’t the most friendly…. They wasn’t rude but no niceness while working. The cleaner told us to hurry up as she needed to get finished when we came back from the pool to get changed at 15:00 in the afternoon

The hotel is nice. Needs a bit of work on the outside but rooms are updated enough. It’s a hard hotel to rate as the kids area and pool area was great but there is something missing

The hotel is starting to show signs of wear, algi in the pools, painted bath covering up wear, pool lights out the water with cables showing, thermostat in room not plastered in to the wall. Cockroachs spotted in loads of Areas, the hotel could me made amazing again with some attention.

The pool - once you put on goggles you can see that the water was dirty. Not the day to day dirty which would have been acceptable but there were loads black particles everywhere except for the slide pool. It looked like algae (but cannot confirm) as they could also be found within the groves of the upper pool tiled in certain areas. The pool side - the weeds by the pool side and the tiles are dangerously slippery.

It was a very peaceful beachfront hotel, the staff were great. The room was good, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and comfortable, the aircon was working perfectly well. The entertainment was good and due to the manner the pool was set up it never seemed overcrowded even though the pool/pool sides were full. The food - there was alot of variety which was great with a picky eater.

Reception staff were good, but overall most don't speak English, which isn't a problem but there are lots of English guests. The lady at the Spa was extremely rude. There was a power cut on first day which lasted over 5 hours during the heatwave, there was lack of provisions and communication from hotel about what was going on.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and very helpful. However didn't speak much English which is a problem when trying to explain allergies regarding kids.

The only thing I and my friend had any problem with was the shower over the bath. We both were very concerned for our safety because the bath itself felt slippery and there was nothing to hold onto whilst in the shower or for getting out of it. There were many elderly people like ourselves there who must have had the same fears.

They could improve in there organización regarding restaurant bookings and information to the client. Also the food can improve in the buffet The restaurants I have to say the takamaka should have more options.

We had difficulty finding the location as it is down a very small side street... a direction arrow or two would not have gone amiss. We had an evening meal in the main restaurant which did not agree with either of us.

The tasting menu was excellent, but the receptionist did not explain clearly that it was a tasting menu, nor did they have the menu to refer to. However, that was sorted while we were dining by the hotel management. The beachfront location is excellent. The staff worked very hard and were pleasant.
