Late confirmation of how to find the key, in result - waste of time to connect to net and read the message on the spot. Only for smartphone watchers (easy for under age of 12). Never come on the car, good for backpackers, thus expensive.

They don’t have storage in their facilities and even when they do have another facility 5 mins from there to store the luggage this isn’t convenient at all when you’re visiting 5 cities in one week. They should definitely preview storage there itself

There are very little facilities. There is a kitchen in the appartment but it was very very basic. For me it was fine but they could improve on that.

The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was great. Location is very good but as I was there for Business I didnt go sightseeing.

Mini-fridge needs to be defrosted and cleaned out, otherwise good amenities.

Location is great. Easy walking distance to maybe locations and metro station. Tons of great restaurants around too and a market a few doors down. House keeping was great, cleaned the room everyday! Really liked the water dispenser in the lobby area, and the process to check-in after hours was great!

On the day of check out, our key card stopped allowing access well before check out time. We needed assistance to re enter the building and the apartment. This was a shame.

Overall the stay was excellent. We were very pleased with the apartment and will stay again.

The room size was big and perfect for 4 adults and the friendly staff . The filtered water was a plus as well.

Upon our arrival we immediately noticed an unpleasant smell and there was also quite a bit of hair on the floor. The sofa bed was not prepared which led us to believe that the room was not prepared for our group specifically. All these concerns were quickly resolved after a quick call to reception and staff was able to help us.

Our stay here was overall satisfactory. We enjoyed the locations and how spacious it was. Entering and leaving was hassle free and the staff was always accommodating any of our further concerns. We loved the big windows and comfy beds. Almost everything was within walking distance and as four girls we felt safe.

Everything was great and, if possible, exceeded our expectations!

The owners made a huge effort to ensure everything went well for our stay, The room itself was light and spacious with all kitchen facilities, and had a great balcony overlooking the street. The apartments are located in a very central yet relatively quiet part of the city, about 5-7min walk from either Tetuan or Urquinoana stations, and only a few more minutes to Plaza de Catalunya. We used the private parking arranged by the owners just around the corner, which was also very convenient. Thank you Jesús and Javier for making our stay such a good one. I totally recommend this accommodation.

The only thing is that there wasn't much natural light. There were 2 larges windows but there were overlooking narrow courtyards.

Very good value for money, very quiet. Perfect for a short stay. Clean, everything needed to cook a meal. Hotel service (daily cleaning) Very cute old fashioned elevator !
