The allocation of shower gel and soap needed to be improved. We ended up buying our own from a super market as the small packets provided were not enough.

The hotel was well-located as it was close to the ski resort. We had our own car, so it was the perfect distance for us. The hotel is situated in a small mountain village, which is very scenic. It also has a restaurant and is well-designed with amazing views of the mountains from both the restaurant and our hotel room. The hotel was a very good alternative to the more expensive apartments and other hotels around.

The room was on the old side, definitely could use a refresh. Little details like the door is hard to lock and the bathroom is tired.

The views, you can't go past them! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional, went out of their way to accommodate my gluten intolerance.

Room was a little basic (no air con), quite small if you have lots of luggage and the bathroom a little dated. However, most of this is reflected in the price.

Manager was very welcoming and helpful. Food in evening was very good. Location was very good and very scenic. The value for money was excellent.

The rooms are a bit small.

Beautiful views. Good location in a small village on the mountain side close to the main road from the pass from France into Spain. Very friendly staff and good food. Excellent wi-fi.

Rooms were a tad small for 2 people with luggage. One could quite clearly hear people in adjacent rooms. And anytime someone turned on water or flushed a toilet, it could be heard. There weren't a lot of AC plugs for recharging.

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were clean. Meals were excellent. Tramacastilla de Tena is an idyllic little town.

Only thing that was hit and miss was the WiFi, but you are high up in the Pyrenees!

Stunning location although the access roads are challenging, but what do you expect from an ancient town! The owner is super friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble.

The walls were thin so you could hear all the neighbours at night.

Cozy and family run hotel just a 10 min drive from Formigal ski station. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast!

Our double room was small and extremely basic with very poor facilities. The bath must be the smallest ever, definitely in need of an upgrade. This room is not good value in my opinion.

Such a beautiful village with stunning mountain views. View from room was amazing. Good welcome where everything was explained clearly.

Wonderful family hotel set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. excellent host. Small room but comfortable with everything we needed. The town clock doesn’t go all night which made for a very good nights sleep.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, with splendid views of the village and the mountains. The room was compact, but well equipped and very well kept. Dinner and breakfast were excellent- straightforward, well cooked and presented. The bar was comfortable and well stocked. Check in and out were pain-free thanks to staff with good English and an even better attitude. Parking outside the hotel was fine and free.
