We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI paid for 4 breakfasts but was only able to have 3 as my departure was before breakfast was served. This information was not on either booking.com’ site or the hotel’s site. Reception staff were asked for a refund or if they would supply an alter such as coffee and bread. This was not offered. The breakfast itself was poor, rooms basic .
Location was good but would not describe this as a 4 star hotel.

SpainSo many things.. be tu overpriced for the offer they got.
My partner joined me two days after. Upon his arrival he provided my full name (booking name) and room number however the reception did not helped him to check in and asked him to leave the premises. He had to call me, I was sleeping so he stayed out at 2am freezing till I woke up and went down to short the sittuation. The parking is so overpriced for the difficulty we had to move the car in it as it was very thin. And literally behind it there is a public one with 1/3 of the price per day than the hotel. I am very disappointed with this Hotel. Towels were offered to be replaced the evening before my departure. Very small buffet for breakfast offered. Couple pastries, tuna and cheeses and pork everywhere. As Muslim, nothing was offered instead so my breakfasts were fruit and cheese with coffee.

United KingdomThe breakfast was terrible. The fried eggs were stale, the fruit was stale and some of the yoghurt pots had expired. I was very disappointed with the breakfast, both by the quality and the lack of variety. I had to eat toast, yoghurt and granola every single day of my trip. Also, to make the stay better, I think the hotel should look at partnering with tourist companies to ensure that visitors can easily book excursions.
The hotel is in a great location - it was easy for me to walk around and get to the shops and restaurants. The room was nice and clean, and the staff members were lovely, particularly the front of desk staff members and the cleaners.

United KingdomVery difficult getting in & out of the underground car park, even in a mid size car Mk8 VW Golf. Also the day we arrived No Cafe, No Bar, No Restaurant. That evening was monsoon weather, so had to eat snacks in our room. The following night we enjoyed a very good meal in the hotel restaurant.

United KingdomThere wasn't a very good spread for breakfast, in fact on the first day my yoghurt had past it's use by date (28/09, and we were there from the 12/10 - 14/10) and was off. For an apparent 4* hotel I was quite suprised that the only drinks in the mini bar were water, we didn't even have a kettle, no teas/coffee's etc. Not sure if there is a drainage problem but in my room there was a horrible smell coming from the toilets - from the moment we got there, as we were only staying for 3 days we didn't report it and just left the windows open most of the time.
The bed was nice. The room was a nice size. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful aswell.

United KingdomThe hotel's poor soundproofing allows corridor noise to disrupt your peace. Conversations and footsteps from other guests are distressingly audible, making for an uncomfortable stay mainly during nighttime.

Clean, comfortable bed, electric shutters kept out the light. Quiet. Breakfast good; not a good choice of cereals. Staff helpful. Garage ok but have to be careful moving around. Close to the old city.

United KingdomWe’ve stayed here twice now and the rooms do not have very good air con. The breakfast was not good the first time but we thought maybe this was a blip! This time it was awful…..rock hard fried eggs, uncleared tables, food not refreshed or topped up. Breakfast staff not very interested or very visible. Requested fresh eggs and two were cooked but the rock hard eggs were not removed from the buffet……not very clean surrounding at breakfast.

United KingdomI was in a loft room-Room 309 next to the lift and the ceiling wall by the right side of the bed was too low, I actually hit my head twice-this room is not for anyone over 5 feet plus tall, I was very irritated by it. The breakfast was also a bit bland, there wasn't a lot of choice, the only type of egg on offer was sunny side up- not everyone like their eggs like this!

United KingdomWhilst the room was a reasonable size it was basically furnished and could be made more comfortable with a couple of easy chairs or a small sofa. The assortment range for the buffet breakfast was typical of similar hotels, but the fresh fruit offered was generally under ripe and not very tasty.
Room was on the third floor and was a good size and clean. The bathroom was also a good size, modern with an excellent walk-in shower. Location was good with a 15-minute walk into Toledo's historic centre, although visitors should be aware of there are some short, steep ascents. Secure underground parking available at reasonable cost.
