We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThis Is more than a 2 stars hotel: my room was actually a suite, with the living room entrance and the bed in the bottom of the room. 2 balconies, 12 sqm bathroom with hydromassage. Couldn't believe I was getting this for the price I paid. This really deserve at least 3 stars, congratulations Hotel Malena!

United KingdomAs soon as we entered the reception area we could sense the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was just the same. The cleaners did a wonderful job every day we were there. We stayed at The Malena because we were visiting nearby friends. It is handy because it is on a main road, and you only have to go a few miles either way to get to restaurants and cafes. We had food and drinks from the attached bar a few times, but on this occasion we didn't have a main meal.

Czech RepublicThe location outside the city means that you cannot use public transport and must use a car. English is not spoken so get ready to practice your Spanish.
Recently renovated rooms, clean and tidy, quite spacious. The double bed was comfortable and large (unlike most double beds in Spain). Plenty of free parking in front of the hotel. The price was good.
