A little noise from the rubbish truck emptying glass in the morning, however, the noise is only a very minor detail if I was to be really picky given the fantastic location. It was well worth it. Thumbs up! I would stay here again for sure.

Location was excellent. A nice apartment very close to shops, restaurants and harbour. We arrived very late and the bus to/from airport stopped literally right out the front on the main road so it was very easy. Would stay here again for sure. Thumbs up from me.

We have stayed in this apartment before but it has deteriorated since our last stay. The worktop beside the cooking hob was burnt. The dining table legs were loose. The dining chairs were badly stained and one sitting pad was not attached to the chair. This really nice apartment needs some care and attention as it is situated in the 11th most expensive street to live on in Spain. There are no electric sockets at the worktop in the kitchen area. We had to boil the kettle as it sat on the floor.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Central Malaga is easy to access on foot. The Christmas lights were on display and they were just wonderful.

The only negative about our stay was the fact that the rubbish was collected at midnight and the bins were in the street below the apartment. The apartment is in the 2rd floor and had double glazing but it was still quite noisy. However, this did not spoil our holiday.

The office was easy to find. We were a little early so the apartment was not ready. We left our bags while we went for lunch and returned later. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the office.

Damp smell, think there is water getting in somewhere, shower not good. Air con not good so had to leave windows open and very noisy outside lots of entertainment and large metal bins being emptied. It wouldn't take a lot of money to rectify problems then it would be a wonderful place to stay. Need new fridge.

The location is perfect and in the heart of the city. But because its in the centre it's very noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Location, location,location. Its right in the middle of the shops , cafe and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. It's perfect for 2/3 people.

We think that for a short stay in Malaga a clothes washing machine is quite unnecessary and an oven ( as well as a microwave ) is extremely important. As my husband is a keen chef we really missed the oven facility. For that reason we would probably not rent this apartment again. Beware or the bidet !!!!! the water spray nozzle is not able to direct and if you turn it on fully it directs straight out onto the floor. Unfortunately on two occasions I was sitting on the toilet.....got totally soaked. There were no details of things or places to visit in Malaga available. There were no details of how to use the heating system, washing machine, microwave, hot plates.....in fact no information of any kind left in the apartment. The furniture, although really nice, was, unfortunately not treated with care by other renters and suffered some stress. The very nice coffee table was really stressed and we were really scared to move the position as it was shaking. Also....but this is not a criticism.....don't forget your ear plugs.....this is city centre living and that comes with noise. Not a problem for us as we are Spanish residents and come prepared with ear plugs.

The apartment is self catering so no breakfast except by ourselves. The apartment was in a really wonderful position for seeing the Christmas lights in Malaga which was our reason for choosing this particular apartment. The crockery and pots and pans were adequate. Everything was perfectly clean and the bedding of an excellent quality. Shower also really good.

NOISE, FROM OTHER APARTMENTS AND OUTSIDE, lacked kitchen area sockets. No drain plugs in kitchen and bathroom. toilet cistern ran continually and did not flush correctly uncomfortable seating, damaged chairs and tables.etc.

Apartment needs work: walls showing wear and tear, quite a few lightbulbs were burned out, window by the kitchenette didn’t close, shower leaked near the toilet and was slow draining. The sofa bed is looking very worn out. Perfect apartment, just needs to be freshened up!

Excellent location, less than 10 min to most places, corner unit had marvelous views of the calle, very bright apartment.

- As the property is so central there is a lot of noise from the street below, between 11-1 each night the bins that are directly below for the all the local bars/restaurants would be emptied resulting in and extremely loud clash of smashing bottles and rubbish, the noise from people leaving bars in the street. which is understandable judging by location, however better sound proofing would of been better as the majority of windows don’t close properly so you are unable to block out noise. - The apartment was dirty, the main bed sheets were marked and stained. The pull out sofa bed sheets were covered in stains, hair and bits of rubbish. The sofa bed is old and extremely uncomfortable and if the noise from the street didn’t keep you up turning over in bed makes enough noise to wake the whole building. - The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a lot of the fixtures broke and in need of an update, the shower cubicle is very small and you have to be able to withstand a cold shot every now and again as your unable to bend down and pick up soap with out accidentally knocking the water temp handle. We only used apartment as a base as we are getting married later this year close by and needed somewhere to crash as we were meeting a lot of people for the wedding, we booked for 3 nights but only actually ended up sleeping there 1 as i was so disappointed with apartment.

The apartment is very central so connections to trains and buses were great, also within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars.

Because you are so close to the shops and cafés it becomes very noisy at peak times. I would definitely recommend better soundproofing in the apartment, unable to sleep because of night time noise.

The location is excellent, all the amenities are on your doorstep. Bus routes and taxis are all close by.
