Pretty apartment with all facilities we needed including a comfy bed. Located in a great spot with access to plenty of restaurants, shops and the Metro. We'd stay again on return to Madrid.

Fantastic location in the heart of Madrid. Can be a little noisy in the evening but the location out weighs that. Unit was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay. Communication with the staff was brilliant and they were so helpful with everything. Will totally recommend this accommodation.

We understand the central city is busy but we found the location noisy at night with traffic noise and the restaurant diners seated outside every night until very late.

The location was very central and in walking distance to the main attractions. It was nicely decorated and clean and the bed was very comfy.

It overlooks a.square that gets quite noisy at night.

Location was very good as it was walking distance to many places and the subway station. Host was.kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage upon arrival before the check in time. Nice big.room on a quite building.

They have an electronic lock that opens with an app. It is a bit complicated but things worked out fine as the hosts were all the time in contact and very helpful in case I had problems with the lock. It can be a bit difficult for someone who does not have access to internet at the time of arrival but the hosts make sure all works well

in case you do plan to sleep before the midnight - it’s not the best place, there is a square with active night life right there

- really nice location, all Madrid is easily accessible from here! - unlocking the door is online (you need special app and internet) - air conditioning for this small room is effective - clear apartment with all necessary equipment

as mentioned before- it is a bit of a noisy area, but its what you get for being so central and its nothing ear plugs can’t fix. nothing against the hosts, but to keep in mind.

Our stay was amazing! The location is great close to everything! Studio was clean and well equipped and Diana was just the best. amazing value for money. Will most definitely book here again when coming back to Madrid

This is nothing against the hotel owners, who were wonderful, but the area is busy, so Thursday or Friday nights can be loud. Nothing that ear plugs can't solve, and I think the benefits of the location outweigh this.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay with two family members. Mireia and Diana were very responsive when I had questions. The hotel is close to a few Metro lines and also walking distance to many sights and great places to eat. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. I also liked the app-based key system -- no more worrying about having keys with you or wondering whether you locked the door! Great place to stay, and I hope to come back here when I visit Madrid in the future.

Not a great location if you're a light sleeper. There's no way to block the outside lights from coming into the room at night unless you have a sleep mask.. The bright street lights turn off around 3:30 am. After a long camino, I was looking forward to washing my clothes, but the washer was broken, and water flooded the kitchen and hallway. It's a vibrant area with tons of places to eat and drink and not that it's the owners's fault, It's extremely loud at night and goes into the wee hours of the morning. One night, the police finally showed up at 5am to make everyone leave the square. Again, it's not fault of the owners, but you should know what to expect if you're close to the square.

It was centrally located, and you can walk to almost anywhere you'd like to go. Great restaurant selection in the area.

Despite the location being a great advantage, its also a disadvantage. Nights are very loud, mornings as well. The windows aren't air tight, so noise is quite loud and air is coming in which makes air conditioning difficult. Proper windows would fix the issue. Bathroom is a bit small.

Great location, very close to the Gran Via, Puerto del Sol and more. Very good for getting everywhere in walking distance. The owners are extremely helpful and nice. Check-in was very easy and smooth.
