Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaParking is a public garage - you will have to use the local parking app if you want in/out privileges - this parking is more geared for an overnight stay.
Comfortable beds, good value for Granada. A 15 - 20 minute walk from old Granada.

Netherlands-since it is very big hotel, ıt takes time to reach your own room. -bathroom was small but was not a big problem. - we could easily hear the voices from corridor, isolation could be better. - car parking was easy but we are unhappy with parking. we parked 2 days and 8 hours in total to the park area to which hotel has a special agreement. We paid to hotel 17+17 euros for 2 days parking. Receptionist said pay on the parking area for the rest 8 hours which will be around 10 euros. But we had to pay 22 euros in parking area which is not fair.
-beds were very comfortable and big. -room was clean and tidy. -location was okey. 10 minutes walking to center. And there was restaurants around to have quick food and breakfast.

United KingdomEven though it was 'high season' the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner and the cafeteria was closed, so this did not meet the description on booking.com. There was limited storage space for suitcases and clothes in the room and the bath room was slightly cramped. Parking was in an adjacent car park about 5 minutes walk from the hotel (so again not as booking.com description) also meaning access for dropping off luggage/ people was extremely restricted.
This is a very central location with access to some small local restaurants, parks within a few minutes. Some of the historic sights are within 15minutes walk. Reception staff helpful, in particular Javier who has a deep knowledge of the local area and with useful tips for tourists. Wonderfully tranquil place as one would imagine formerly a monastery.

United StatesDropping off luggage was a little difficult. There are limited parking spaces in front of the hotel and if they are full your only choice is either in the traffic lane or the bus stop (busses came every 2 minutes!)
Rooms are small but very clean. Hotel has a lift. Large common area on each floor if you care to sit with friends. The hotel is at the base of a park that leads into the old city, about a 20 min walk. Parking was around the corner but underground and secure. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not eat on property.

IndiaThe restaurant only opens for breakfast so there is no room service through the day. We simply asked for cutlery and they refused. Better service would make this place impeccable!
Housed in an erstwhile monastery, the hotel gives you very authentic Granada feels. Good location, 10-15min walking distance from the main attractions.

SpainWe felt that the hotel was lacking the character we had expected given that it had been a monastery which was a real shame.
The location of the hotel was great. It was very easy to walk to the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was very spacious and the rooms were a good size. It was also very quiet.

GermanyThe breakfast room appears more as a canteen in a hostel than a hotel restaurants. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, because there are nice alternatives nearby, e.g. in the park on the other side of the river.
Very nicely located with nice restaurants nearby. Also quite near to the shopping area in Granada. The rooms are a bit small, but well maintained. Staff was very helpful and speaks English.
