We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThis hotel is far away from then center of Valencia and since there is no public transport to reach the hotel and the only way to reach the hotel is by car or taxi, it is not a good place where to book a room for those who don't have a car. Besides there is no possibility of having breakfast inside this hotel.
You can find a staff you can rely on if you need any information and the room is very spacious and clean

SpainLOCATION: - The property is in the middle of a 'polígono industrial', an industrial so don't expect to see the city view of Valencia. - It is 10-minute walking distance from the metro station (Metro La Cova) but if you get lost, that would really take you longer, like what happened to me - finding the property at midnight.
VALUE FOR MONEY: Yes! A value for money hostel during the Fallas celebration in Valencia when it's really impossible to find lower prices in most properties in the city. FACILITIES: - I was all alone in a room with two single beds - very spacious and with a private toilet and bath! - TV and wardrobe were also included in the room.

Poland"Not far" from an airport means 30 minutes walking with no public transport options. We have ordered a bottle of wine on receptions and had to wait for an hour to get it, and they have brought us white one instead of red that we ordered. Plus on the night we were staying, the workers downstairs started drilling and making a lot of noise from 8am, which did not give us a lot of opportunity to rest.
This is quite an average hotel located "not far" from the airport in the industrial zone. Would only recommend to stay overnight to catch an early plane.

MoldovaAccording to Booking, the place was 3km away from my current location so I booked. 20km later, I ended up in the Chinese quarter in a warehouse district near the airport. It was a functional room and the receptionist guy was super helpful helping me order pizza and personally delivered it to my room. Removed from the city, there aren't any bars, shopping centers, restaurants, or easy-access public transport. It wasn't a bad place per se, just very much away from everything...unless you want to buy large pieces of furniture, buy in bulk, or learn Chinese....or, to be fair, have a short cab ride to the airport.

Good for a one night stay. Flawless check-in and checkout outside of reception working hours. Fair price considering distance from airport terminal (30min walk)

SwitzerlandNormal hotel for the money. Close to the airport (30 minutes walk). Private bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean bedding. Closet needs hangers, otherwise there is no point in it. Blanket one for 2 visitors, old and not the freshest (plus a thin plaid on the bed). No duvet covers, which is totally unhygienic. The shower cubicle has mold, should replace the old and yellow curtain.... Should put disposable shower gel and shampoo, instead of incomprehensible liquid in the dispensary without a label. Some visitors smoke and the smell comes into the room through the center atrium. Very thin walls, the debauch in the next room and the sound of airplanes taking off kept us from getting a good night's sleep. Be sure to take earplugs!

RomaniaThere were a lot of noises during the night. I understand that it is an aeroport hotel and people come and go, but the walls are so thin that you can hear every step from the hall. It was very hard to have a good sleep before my flight. Aslo, the bedsheets had a strange smell and they were very thin. I can say that the facilities reflect the price, but if you want to rest before your flight it may be difficult.
The staff was friendly and the location was close to the airport. Also, the room was spacious.
