THE TIMETABLE OF THE CLASSES DIDN’T FIT WITH BREAKFAST IN THE HOTEL. YOU CAN’T EAT BEFORE YOGA SO IT WOULD MEAN YOU EITHER MISS BREAKFAST OR YOGA DEPENDING ON WHICH YOU CHOSE TO DO. I THINK THIS NEEDS LOOKING AT SO THAT GUESTS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY BOTH BENEFITS IN THE MORNING AS PART OF THEIR STAY. I REALLY DIDN’T LIKE THE LOCATION, THE AREA WAS VERY TOURISTY AND LOUD WITH VERY LITTLE CHOICE OF DECENT DINING OPTIONS TO REACH WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE I THINK THE HOTEL COULD BENEFIT BY OFFERING SOME EXCURSIONS TO SOLO AND YOUGA MINDED TRAVELLERS WHO ARE NOT DRIVING.

I THOUGHT THE YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES WERE EXCELLENT THE TEACHERS WERE SO INCLUSIVE AND UNDERSTANDING AND VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. THE SPA FACILITIES WERE ALSO VERY GOOD. MY BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE ADULTS POOL WAS SPACIOUS AND HAD ENOUGH LOUNGERS AND BEDS FOR EVERYONE.

Although the reception area and the pools have been renovated and look really good, the rooms however have some really old furniture that is in decent shape, but does downgrade the experience a bit, especially considering the price of the hotel. The biggest disapointment is the soundproofing of the rooms - beware that walls are paper thin and you can hear everyting from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. We couldn't close the bathroom door completely as it was swollen from moisture. Also, the hair dryer had some exposed wires which really made me susupicious about using it. Also, the carpet in the hallways to the rooms is visibly stained and extremely dirty. There were a lot of small details like that, that add up to ruin the overall experience. One main thing that we were really anoyed with is the lack of some of the basic info and hotel services in the room. There was nothing about the hotel in the room and the reception area is usually very busy to come asking everytime. There is a small QR code in the reception area that has all the info, which came out as innaccurate. For example, we wanted to rent some bikes, and the info from the QR code was that they are free for the guests, but on the reception they told us it was 27e per bike (plus 50e deposit) which is insane. I would rate the hotel as 7 but because the food was really good and the beds were comfy I rated it as 8.

We had a pleasurable stay at the hotel. We had full board and the food was excellent everytime. I really liked the comfy beds in the room, I was able to sleep really well. The pools were nice, the adults pool can get a bit crowded during the day. The main pool area has some more sunbeds and shades that are usually available. Staff is proffesional and welcoming. Especially the staff in the restaurant, they are all doing a really good job. The location of the hotel is good, it's a bit away from the main street and the beach, which makes it a more quiet location, but still only a short walk away from the beach.

Family rooms would have been better with 4 beds rather than the current bunk beds. Could do with more sun umbrellas around the pool, as it was so hot and not quite enough for families in the heat.

The coffee was terrible and when the hotel was busy the queue for the eggs in the morning was bad, needed to have a second staff member for these times. Tables were badly wiped, were very sticky, not sure they were that clean

The air con in the rooms didnt work the first room we had sounded like a helicopter was going to take of, so the moved us but the second room was quiet but didnt seem to work.

The pool was amazing and the place was very peacful and quiet. The bar staff where always happy and ready to please.

The food was nice, as we were both on a plant based diet we didn’t expect much but were satisfied at almost every meal. We did have to eat dairy as the vegetarian options were much better than vegan options. The pool, room and dining facilities were good. Most of the staff were very friendly and kind. The spa facilities were lovely.

Hmm - I pretty much liked everything - If I can say anything, maybe the Suite rooms could be bigger, with a sofa, but it really isnt necessary. The suite includes a huge terrace which was really nice. Maybe they could update some things, but like I say, it's pretty great as it is.

Loved the spa! The layout of the entire hotel, pools etc is really good - Love that they have yoga, tai chi classes and etc - The pools are great. The guys who work at the bar are super nice. The buffet incl brekkie, lunch, dinner was great - a lot of vegetariann options which was really nice. I really enjoyed my short getaway, just very chill and a good vibe.

Food above expectations. Really nice and modern spa. Variety of activities offered, taught by Miguel Ángel, who is amazing. Wise, patient and fun. He represents the concept of “slow travel” perfectly. A differentiator for the hotel and the reason I would recommend it to others who want to relax for a few days.

Beautiful hotel, and the staff were absolutely lovely. My husband hurt his foot in the room and the staff in the bar were SO helpful! Thank you to JESUS, POL and ALEX in the bar for that and everything else incl. their excellent service every day. And thank you to ESTRELLA in the reception, she gave TOP service - and had impressive language skills. They were all SO nice and professional, they made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to come back there.
