The room was smaller than we expected. Having the window on the street side and on ground floor, it was getting noisy with all the people walking in front of the window.

The host was really nice and let us leave our baggage before the check-in was open. Also, everything was really clean.

The walls are extremely thin and I could hear everything going on in the rooms on either side of mine.

The property was very well situated about a 15 minute drive from the Valencia Airport and close to public transportation that would connect you to the city center in under half an hour. The room was also very comfortable and clean, and towels and toiletries were provided.

It is noisy at night but I just put on my headphones, and it's not like other places wouldn't be noisy (apart from well insulated hotels or something) I have to say, not to complain about the minor things but I felt like my room wasn't cleaned very well before my arrival since I found some minor stains and hair. I'm writing it in hope that it won't have to be like this for others more than as a complaint.

it exceeded my expectations: it was pretty clean, great money for value, access to a private balcony, a shared terrace, a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms (2) but it was cool. As a female solo traveler I felt pretty safe, the home itself has good security and I didn't have to worry about break-ins or such. The neighbourhood is a little inconvenient if you don't have a car but to be honest, it's not like I would've found a better one. The proprietor (a woman) was very kind and the people I've met in the apartment were also nice. You have access to everything that one might need and it was very comfortable.

It was quite noisy outside. I think the place is next to a mechanic shop and at 8am the mechanic starts making loud drilling noises. Our room was also next to a street and you could hear all the sounds from the street.

It was spotlessly clean. The host was very easy to communicate with. The place looks newly renovated which is nice. The bed was comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a fridge which was nice. The host was kind enough to let us store our bags there after check out as well. We felt safe enough in the area. There is a mercadona around the corner for groceries. The place is 30 mins walk from the centre of town, and about 30 mins from the main train station by public transport. So location is okay for the price, but not the most central either.

The only big issue - my room was facing the street so I could easily hear people talking outside and someone starting his car. Several small things that can be easily improved: no soap in shower, no feet towel OR shower curtain - the floor gets wet after showering.

Very nice place, quiet neighbourhood, very close to city bikes, which are convenient to use while sightseeing. Staff is friendly, rooms and toilets are very clean. Good price, most places were much more expensive. Walls are a bit too thin and you can hear other people's noises, but it was not a problem for me. Generally good, valuable accomodation.

It was quite noisy. The location is good, but not great. It's a bit far from most things and walking isn't really an option. However, there is a bus stop nearby. During our stay the towels weren't changed once and the bins weren't emptied. It would be nice to have fresh towels at least every few days.

Good price, clean room and shared facilities. Friendly host. We had 2 different bookings, the first room was really tiny and extremely noisy. The second room had a shared bathroom, but the room was spacious and much quieter. 2 bathrooms on the floor and we never had to queue once.

For the private room: - Noise from the street - Noise from the bathroom next door - Size of the room For the shared room: - We had reservation for a 5 days and during this period no one entered our room to clean or at least take trash from a trash bin. Of course, we could ask them to do it and I'm pretty sure that they definitely do it, but it was strange for me that they didn't do it

We couldn't book this property for the whole stay in one room, so we had 2 reservations at this property - 1 with a private bathroom and 1. And I could say that I like our room which shared bathroom more. Rooms with private bathrooms are located on the ground floor, so it was quite noisy even at night and the room was small. After one night we moved to a room with a shared bathroom and it was much better. There is a different entrance to the rooms with shared bathrooms and they are located on the 2nd floor. The room was twice bigger which made me feel more comfortable. There are 2 shared bathrooms for 5 rooms (2 double and 3 single as I understood), but we never had the problem that all of them were occupied when needed. So generally I recommend this property - it is a great value for the money

Rooms could be better isolated, you can hear other guests in the apartament and cars outside but that's not a big issue. The small improvement in the future could make it 10/10, but anyway, well deserved 9/10

Hosts are very kind and helpful. They are taking care of the apartament every day so it's very clean and they make sure that you have everything you need. The terrace is great, apartament is nice and comfortable. Building is close to the city center (25 mins of walking distance) and metro (15-20 mins of walking). The neighbourhood is fine with plenty of cafeterias and restaurants.

Big pros is a fully equipped kitchen, AC / Heating in the room. Room was equipped with small desk fitting a laptop. WIFI worked flawlessly. All you need for both long and short stay.

Perhaps a heating device in winter time could be a good idea because sometimes the room gets a little cold.

it was freezing at night, because there is no heating. there was no reading lamp. the shower door was a bit broken, so some of the other guests, instead of closing it completely by force, showered without the shower door, so the bathroom was basically a pool for two days. but otherwise clean

the smooth check-in via WhatsApp app details, a more than decent single room, with a mandarin tree full of fruits on my window, a comfortable bed, and AC working perfectly for heating - 10 min on before sleep, is more than enough in the common area, there are 2 shared bathrooms, both with windows for natural ventilation, hot water, and great pressure in the shower in the shared kitchen you have everything you need, including a washing machine, good WiFi and a cozy terrace roof - I would rate this only 10 out of 10 and recommend it for remote working. in 5 minutes of walking, you have a supermarket, public transport you are not in a tourist area The host was kind enough to help me with a taxi at 5 AM at check out to reach the train station in time and safely.
