All was good. The location is a bit far from the city center though.

The flat was really clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was so beautiful that I had to take a picture and save it for inspiration in case I will get to design my own bathroom one day haha. It had a bus stop nearby where we could easily take buses to the city centre, or we could also walk about 9 minutes to a metro station and take a metro instead. It had plenty of shops nearby and the beach was also within walking distance. You can also take a bus to the beach if you do not feel like walking. City of Arts and Sciences was a 20 minute walk away, but it felt less. Our host Ariyan was very kind and let us chek-in super early at 10:30 because of our early flight. Communication was smooth, we could easily ask questions and discuss things through Whatsapp. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Valencia and you do not mind not being in the city centre, or if you want to be closer to the beach.

Very well organised stay right from the beginning until the very end. We were contacted in advance and we received very prompt instactions how to get to the place. We were warmly welcomed by the host. We were pleasantly surprised to find this different and unique designed flat. You would't miss the passion and the personal touch in creating such a modern and confortable place. New and perfectly clean. Coffee, Tee , Watter, very tasty Chocolat and small bottle of Champagne for the guests. Internet, TV with all possible films or music, everything that you would thing of having, for a leasure or on a business trip. Very quiet place on the graund floor. Small public garden infront. Good location. Buses and Metro nearby. Walking distance to the beach and sightseens. We would like to use the opportunity to say thank you very much, indeed. We especialy appreciated the time that the host took for us, his kindness, care and promptness.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic accommodation recently. I have never come across a place so meticulously curated in every detail. The design and decor were impeccable, leaving nothing to chance; every convenience was thoughtfully provided. It felt like the space had been decorated with such special care, as if it were done for my own home rather than for rental purposes. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional, and it was incredibly quiet, free from any disturbances. Throughout my stay, there was absolutely nothing lacking; every need was met seamlessly. Furthermore, the host exemplified kindness and hospitality like none other I've encountered. His warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay and made it all the more enjoyable. Moreover, the apartment's location is superb, situated halfway to all the city's must-visit destinations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. I really recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a top-notch experience. It's truly a gem.

It met all our needs

The location is fantastic for Oceanographique, the port, the university and Metro. There are nearby shops, bike bike hire and bars, but it is also peaceful.

Little sunlight in the apartment, but this is how the apartment is built. I was aware of it and you can see this in the photos.

The apartment is very nice. Everything was super clean and tidy. Very modern - looks like it was renovated lately. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location is nice if you like to walk and spend time in Turia Park and go to the beach as well. It is a 10 minute walk to Turia park and a 25 minute walk to the beach. Good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
