Staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help me with some travel arrangements. Despite being near a major highway, the room was fairly well sound proofed. Good air conditioning/heating system.

Beautiful little hotel with fantastic breakfast. Very reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Close to everything. Loved it here and they stored my bicycle. Fantastic shower too.

There was nothing to dislike!!!

After a long journey from south of Spain we were greeted with a very warm welcome. The hotel was spotless clean, very cosy and warm 10/10. The staff were so attentive and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location, a couple of minutes walk to centre. Our ferry was delayed by two days, and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the extra days, but they offered to accommodate us in another part of the hotel……customer service top notch with a warm helpful manner. Lovely hotel. Nice location with a short walk to the old city and a 2 km walk to the Altamira Cave. The room was cozy and spacious and with a balcony, gave us the opportunity to sit and listen to the rain. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Just one thing I would say we stayed one night if anymore I would ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. It was summer September 03, so very busy outside with noise, definitely after September would be perfect.

This hotel was excellent and Javier and his staff was brilliant nothing was to much trouble, just a short walk to the main centre of the town. Private parking was excellent and secure, breakfast was lovely and will definitely return Thank you Javier and staff.

Decor could be updated a bit. Rooms have a window and don't have A/C which is fine but a fan might be nice to circulate some air .

Great little find just steps from town. Rooms are comfortable, large and with a great bathroom. Staff was super helpful and friendly (they even remembered my breakfast order the second day). Breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. Definitely a great value AND they have their own parking area. Would definitely recommend!

Well this is just a personal preference. I was staying one night before I travel to Santender. But the noise in the actual hotel is for me was too much. It's a lovely old building. With creaky floors. You can hear people below, above in the rooms next door.The amount of screaming children was horrendous. But again I can't cope with screaming children.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.The location is fantastic. The breakfast has alot of variety.
