Standard room is tight in size.

Amazing place, comfy hotel. Easy walk to the beach & 20 min walk to centre of San Sebastián. We dealt with Isabella & Sandra at reception who where fantastic in giving dinner suggestions, making bookings, info on how to use the public transport system (very easy & safe) Both ladies went above & beyond in their customer service. Thank you ladies.

Room was a little smaller than I anticipated. We had a large suitcase and had to continuously move it to get things out and be able to move around the room. No fridge was also a little downside but I did not check beforehand if there was a fridge included in the room.

Location was great and the staff were extremely helpful. Actual rooms were very clean and balcony we had was really nice and spacious.

Parking a long10-15 minute walk away and nowhere to park outside to off load luggage No tea/coffee maker in the room. No phone to contact reception. No fridge. Bottled water never replaced after the first day and we were there for a week. First room really too small. No privacy in the toilet with glass walls.

It was modern and in a good location near pintxos bars and the beach. We changed rooms because our first bedroom was so tiny we couldn’t both be up and dressing at the same time. V minimalist decor so there wasn’t even a tea/coffee maker in the room. Good bar and coffee shop downstairs and local bakeries. The staff were great

Hotel was cozy and modern and the hotel staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Ibai at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience and as a result, it really enhanced our stay in San Sebastian. I would certainly come back and stay at this hotel again! Top quality hospitality!!

Clean rooms with everything you need. Comfy bed & really relaxing being on the balcony after a day out. Although not in the old town we enjoyed walking through the gardens & along the beach from the hotel to the old town, got to see more of the area. Nice bakery on the corner too & pinchos from hotel bar.

There was a very sweet sickly perfume smell in the reception area which I found nauseating , my partner did not have a problem with it .

it is near the beach but a long but nice walk to the old town. Parking a bit of a hassle but worked out did not like how coffee shop was a hang out for students on computers all day. felt like I was walking through campus.

Our door would not lock from the outside so anyone could have walked in. The staff was very responsive and would manually lock it for us everyday. Other than this issue, everything was great!

Very small details to mention - the experience would have been completely perfect if the shower didn’t leak into the toilet area, and if there were some hooks in the room to hang towels. There are a couple of hooks in the bathroom but the towels hung down over the toilet/toilet paper holder so we ended up hanging them on the shower door. This didn’t bother us too much.

We stayed in a room with a terrace and we loved it! The room decor was great and the bed was super comfy, I slept really well. The location is perfect for exploring San Sebastián. It’s a couple of minutes walk to the beach and really close to the Comb of the Wind sculpture and the blowholes which were amazing! I had a brilliant start to the morning taking photos down there with an excellent coffee from Syra, the coffee shop downstairs, in hand. It’s an easy and excellent walk to get into the old town and over to the more surfy beach at Gros. We walked everywhere. The hotel is above a coffee shop and wine bar. The coffee shop is excellent and you can get a coffee & a pastry for 5 euros if you’re staying at the hotel. If you fancy something more for breakfast, the wine bar serves a lovely granola, yoghurt and fruit bowl, amongst other breakfast dishes. All the staff at the hotel were really friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return here whenever we are next in San Sebastián.

We had to ask for a trash can as there was just a tiny one in the shower area. During our stay, one of the towel hooks came off, but it was never reattached. While the rooms were clean, the hallways, especially the carpets, we're not.

The room was quite nice and modern. Excellent location and everything in walking distance.
